The doctor's order specifies that he needed to start PT immediately after discharge. No one can provide a reason for the cancellations, advising all therapists are independent.

I had a total knee replacement, and the therapist was not equipped with even the basic PT equipment such as step platforms, non-slip pads, folding chairs, foam rollers, etc. The therapy provided for joint replacement was both ineffective and rather dangerous without proper equipment. Case in point, the therapist used a resistance band that was sized wrong and with no padding and I still have an indentation near my ankle from the resistance band digging into my skin after two weeks. That is downright incompetence and malpractice. See photo. My response to Luna's reply.... It wasn't a multitude of sessions at all, and I stopped immediately with my surgeon's permission after your therapist injured my ankle. Also, be careful with what you reveal about my sessions as you are venturing into a public HIPAA violation.

Saw Dr. Cabrera from 7/24-2/25. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. That…read moreis sad considering I believe in holistic medicine. Dr. Cabrera and Aide (receptionist) were extremely pleasant. It was always a joy seeing both of them. Dr. Cabrera seemed to really care about my health. So much so that I made the mistake of bringing my wife to see her a month after I started. I own a Corp with 850 independent contractors. Communication is crucial for achieving success. Her communication skills are HORRIBLE. Her accent is thick, so if English is your first language, it is difficult. She does not have a complete grasp of the English language. Everything is handwritten. There is not a portal or an app. Hello, 1975 is calling. We have computers now. Much of the time with her was trying to figure out what she wanted me to do. She would also change what she said during the same visit. I felt like I was on a practical joke program. It was that bad. One example of many was my treatment for Tourette's syndrome. She put in her notes to give me a supplement. Never told me about it and of course, it was not in the portal because there is not one. She asked me a few months later if it was helping. Told her she never told me about it. She blamed it on her receptionist for not telling me about it. The fees were very high and inconsistent. At times I would be charged a $450 consultation fee when I saw her for treatment. She would give me injections and/or acupuncture. During that time, it was a painful conversation about what I was supposed to be doing. Any real doctor would simply have a portal. During the visit she would do the kinesiology test. It involved pushing against my arm to understand what was happening in my body. She did this for all the supplements I was taking. After a while I reinjured an old injury from when I was bodybuilding. My arm was so sore, it was hard for me to work the next day. She offered to get on the phone and charge $300 to send healing my way. She ended up giving me injections in the area once a week for five weeks. When I told her it is not any better, she told me the best way would be to come in everyday for the injections. That would have been helpful info to know before I did this. The injections were about $2,000. Wife and I eventually stopped seeing her. Nice lady, but she should NOT be a doctor. We requested our records, so our new doctor knew everything that she did to us. She literally sent us each a packet of physical paper. Most were printouts from our blood tests that we already had. A few pages were handwritten notes that were ineligible. A complete slap in the face after we spent a combined $25,000. I think part of what caused this is she seemed burnt out. We are seeing a different holistic doctor now. It is a night and day difference. He is WAY more communicative and it's obvious he is passionate about what he does. We should have run when she told us she has lived many past lives. I cannot stress enough for anyone looking to see a holistic doctor to stay away.

I was looking for a holistic doctor to treat an infection, and when I called here, the desk offered…read morea free consultation to see if the doctor could treat my condition. In the consultation, the doctor didn't listen to my health concern, and immediately told me to do an ozone treatment or acupuncture without explaining the benefits for my condition. I told her that I would prefer to start with looking at natural medicines or supplements instead of full body ozone machines, and she got upset and pushy. She then realized my appointment was a ten minute consultation and got aggressive very fast. She banged her cup on the table, accused me of taking advantage of her, and said that she wouldn't have given me the time of day if she had known this was a 10 minute consultation (offered and booked by her receptionist by the way). She then started suggesting a bunch of different supplements, and when I asked what they were made of, she couldn't explain and said they were just made of "little things". She also said that if I didn't start working with her immediately, my condition would last months, and get very very serious, like lupus or brain infection. Afterwards, she charged me $100 for a "specialized supplement" and after taking off her sticker, I realized it's a general use $20 supplement found in pharmacies. In the span of half an hour, she was super disrespectful and rude. Afterwards, I went to a different holistic doctor, that consulted me with a questionnaire, listened super carefully and asked me super detailed questions. She provided me supplements that is supposed to get rid of my infection in a week.
