I hate hot summer weather 90s+, but I absolutely love these infrared saunas. I'll take it over the hot outdoors any day. Also, you can workout 24/7. So even if you have a weird schedule they're always "open" for members. Worried you get bored easily? This is for you! There are a multitude of sessions to choose from and the virtual instructor videos for each change out pretty often on a set rotation. The saunas (yes, saunas!) are set up with ISO workouts on one side and HIIT workouts on the other. There are 8 saunas. Your ISO workouts consist of Hot ISO, Hot Buns (glutes and legs focus), Hot Bands (arms and upper body focus), Hot Barre None (Barre without the bar), Hot Core, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, and Hot Stretch. All of them will give you a full body workout and trust me you'll earn the burn. For HIIT you have Cycle, Blast, and Thunder (rowing). All of them are great. Quick 15min time blocks so you can easily squeeze in two workouts in 30min. I personally like to do a few HIIT sessions or a HIIT and an ISO, but they're all great on their own. There is also the FX zone with weights and machines for you to add additional strength training if you desire. I've lost over 120 pounds over the last three years and though I do have some loose skin I'd credit the consistent workouts and infrared sauna with helping to lessen that. I'll come back and add photos of the business to an update soon! Don't wait, call or stop by during "open" hours to schedule your first free session.

When it comes to training and teaching, he's fantastic with his individualized attention, and his methods are easy to follow and tremendously helpful. Given the intensity, the knowledge, and the friendly atmosphere, I would definitely count myself as a repeat customer if only the gym were closer.

I won't re-hash the previous review, but I will say that I pleased with the response and attention given to my concern. All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons. That particular act made all the difference and I am going to continue my membership because I am convinced by our conversation, that she too is concerned about the safety of her clients and business. Thanks for listening.

Excellent Pilates studio, especially for those with joint/back issues!!!…read more I have been going to Strong Tower for over a year now and love it! It has helped me tremendously. I have a lot of joint issues-lower back, neck, hip, & both elbows. A doctor friend of mine referred me here several years ago, but I kept putting it off. When my hip pain became almost constant & the Chiropractor wasn't helping, I decided to try it. I started with 3 private lessons on the equipment & was amazed that Kelly Letalien, the owner & a nurse, knew my hip pain was due to tight muscles, and how to fix it. It helped quickly. She is also great at making sure you do the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. I take a mix of mat & equipment classes from multiple instructors and love them all. My strength, flexibility & posture have improved greatly!

Unfortunate interaction and hope that in the future they treat people with questions with a little more patience and kindness!

My new home studio that just opened this week! I have been going to OTF for about a year and a half…read moreand have been to MANY studios. This studio in particular is in downtown Crabapple, next to Dukes Restaurant. I have been anticipating this opening since it's only about a mile from my house and the Roswell location has been my go-to (I still love you guys). Most of the coaches at this location seemed to have shifted over from Canton/Woodstock and they are all really nice and helpful. We had a VIP Founders week where founding members got to workout a week early, which is great since I had a week lag in between studios. All Studios have about the same setup. This one has slight differences: 1. a common area to blowdry with a large mirror after your showers (I like this but who knows how noisy it will get when in use) 2. rowers are in two rows, 6x6. Not sure how i'm feeling about this yet ;) 3. the floor is much smaller with less space to walk around, when they get the heavier weights i'm not sure where they will put them. I see this being a problem when we have run/row/floor tornado switch workouts 4. no cubbies, only lockers 5. Plenty of parking! They have "opening workouts" for the first 45 days so I will have to visit other studios for "Hell Week" and my benchmarks etc, no biggie. The only issues i'm having is with scheduling my classes and needing a 7:30am or 7:45am class (sorry guys I know you are probably sick of hearing this one). This studio is right around the corner from all the schools so after drop off etc the timings are key for me and other OTF families. Come in and say hi to the friendly staff (Adam, Jess, Daniel, Cassidy) and enjoy a free first workout...you will get addicted. A great HIIT workout that will keep you in shape with accountability. I love my OTF family!!
