Needless to say the experience started out badly regarding the account setup and interaction internally. While my therapist was good, Pedro lacks any type of sense or service minded action. He was not helpful or mindful of any type of experience. His only answer to a problem is to contact the owners and treated me like I have never used an app or computer before. My app account has never worked, I was told it would be fixed within a day or two. Still does not work after a month or so. No contact from owner or anyone else. Only say to use the website to schedule. That to has not worked and I was instructed to use a certain password only and not to change it. red flag. I decided to stop going due to these issues. Again, Pedro, stated he'd have to talk to the owners. Still no contact from any owner. Maybe SZ is a good avenue for stretching, but I would not choose this location. Expensive and the staff do not seem like true trained therapists. Just kids with a job. I actually really enjoyed the yoga for healthy back! The other yoga that I tried was just OK (I think it was the complete yoga class). Some of the things that I wish were a little bit different was the parking/location. It is in a very busy plaza so it can sometimes just feel really crowded and hectic. Also, the smell of the studio does not seem super fresh! The studio is upstairs, so it's not super convenient although it isn't difficult to find if you go up the elevator or stairs. It is a small studio with a couple of yoga rooms. One of the classes I went to wasn't very full, but the other one was. The teachers are very nice and accommodating, and made sure that there was space for everyone! I thought the yoga classes were decent enough, but I wouldn't say I learned anything new. I won't be purchasing a permanent class pass, but I also don't think there is anything particularly wrong with the studio. I think it's all about just finding the best fit of what resonates with the individual yogi.

My only complaint would be that there are not enough weekend classes so the few that do exist are always packed - make sure to get there early for a good spot! Parking in Smyrna Village can be hard to come by, so you may have to park a bit further away so make sure to allow time to walk to the studio, up the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor and be in class by the exact start time - if you are more than 5 min late, they will not let you in!

I won't re-hash the previous review, but I will say that I pleased with the response and attention given to my concern. All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons.
