The day before I went to Jiu Jitsu then had some wine with the wife... so I was SUPER SORE and had some alcohol toxins in my body. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles by to lovely ladies, Riley and Ashley. They welcomed us in, showed us the facility, explained the different rooms, their functions and set us up for success. We started the Pilates class and began to sweat IMMEDIATELY. Our class was approximately 30 minutes and by the end ........ YOOOOOOOOO I felt like I sweated out all the harmful toxins, my soreness from Jiu Jitsu went away, I felt light on my feet, I felt refreshed, I felt renewed. I literally felt like a King prepared to conquer my day. Thank you again Ashley and Riley. We'll be back!

The owner Kathy Hopper is the ultimate professional. Kathy makes it a point to remember everyone's name and if applicable physical limitations and injuries. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio.
