Ok, Planet Fitness has earned all the jokes at its own expense by promoting it's "judgement free zone" while at the same time judging the "lunks" who frequent traditional gyms. Gone are free weight bars, squat racks, and heavy dumbbells. So it's definitely not a lifter's gym, but this location does its part in providing a good, clean environment to get a workout in. The full time staff are super friendly and do great at providing quality customer service. The part timers, not so much. This gym is super clean and they do a lot of work to keep it that way. My only real gripe is they only have one pec deck fly machine, which is actually two different exercises, and is almost always in use. One more machine would make a big difference. I wouldn't recommend the personal trainers at this location, I've seen them really do a disservice to their clients when it comes to teaching proper form on machines, cables, and free weights. For $20 a month the membership includes tanning, hydrobeds, Massage chairs and red light therapy. That's a great deal. This has been my first experience at Planet Fitness and I think the staff makes this location a great pick. Great people, good gym.

He is an exercise therapist who has over 35 years of fitness experience and took more than his time to explain my situation. He does not do groups of more than 2 due to the care needed to make sure each person gets their results. I have used several trainers in the past and have never felt in better hands. No bouncing, no kettlebells, no ropes and hardly no cardio. This is the best I have felt in years and know it is only going to get better. Thank God for finding the best place in Ga for fitness.
