The quaint cottage house has been renovated into a school which is located in a welcoming residential & food/retail style neighborhood. I came here for a re-certification for CPR, AED, and First Aid for ACI - Adult, Child, and Infant. Laura M. was our Instructor & she led/taught the 4-hour course clearly & concisely. The Q&A between Laura & the students was very helpful in learning the training curriculum. The CPR Training School issue Certification Cards the day of Class as well as offering certification classes 7 days a week. The school also offers additional certifications for BLS for healthcare providers & advanced ACLS. They also provide on-site training for companies & their employees. The CPR Training School can also train individuals to be CPR instructors. A great course, at a good price & I received my Certification Cards via email before I made it home. I'll return to the CPR Training School for my future re-certifications. read more

This Company retaliated against me for looking to affiliate elsewhere. I didn't change companies but I was considering because every time I used them I was treated rudely and there are places that respect others. I decided not to change because I had paid good money to be aligned with them and was trying to give things another chance/perspective. I went to apply for my new cards and learned they cancelled me and now I'm stuck without cards for people that have already taken course and paid. I was never told even that they unaligned me. So unprofessional and unethical. Took my money and ran. Don't be stuck where I'm at! Retaliation is illegal and it makes the State of Georgia look bad. read more

I had to renew my PALS and Provider BLS. I did a blended course online, at home. The program intuitively upped to the level I needed, when I answered the questions correctly, but more importantly, it slowed the course to review, multiple times, the things i needed help with. i was very impressed with this AHA rated program. Did the hands on portion after I finished the online course. The company worked with me to reschedule. My hands on testing for no additional fee. I arrived early for my hands on testing. Was out in a short time. Both cards were received within an hour. I've previously taken PALS and Provider BLS at our local Children's hospital. They made it so much more stressful than it needed to be. This is the only way to go! I will be back in 2 years to recertification again! read more

For anyone needing CPR training/certification...this is a fantastic choice! They have numerous classes available and are conveniently located in North Roswell across from Pure. This location is an old house that was renovated into a training facility so there is a full functioning kitchen available for water and coffee needs :) (they supply the keurig and K-cups for you!) Being a healthcare provider, it's mandatory that I have the training completed every couple years. Most people are in the same position, so I like that they factor that in when teaching the class and skip over some of the redundant information. There have been a couple changes since my last course and they thoroughly went over that information to help me feel confident in case of an emergency. They have practice dummies and, like typical CPR classes, they go over all the techniques so you feel comfortable at all stages of the process. They have 2 routes you can go. It's a little cheaper to do the 3 hour class, but if you're in a hurry, they have the 1 hour class that requires just a little pre-work. (Should be pretty easy if you keep up with training regularly). To set up a class, just call the number and they can get you registered over the phone. read more

A CREATURE OF COMFORT! Yes, I am a creature of comfort which means that I love being comfortable wherever I am and regardless of what I am doing. When it comes to trainings and workshops, I definitely need to be comfortable and that starts with a great physical environment. Today I attended CPR Training School for the first time due to not being able to get a timely date with my previous provider. The last time I attended a CPR training, it was held in a large conference room in a hotel here in Alpharetta. The room was very spacious, and there were plenty of models and equipment for all participants. There were no distractions and no noise coming from outside of the room so I was really able to focus on what was being said. I loved having tables available so that I could take notes and it was also nice to have the models on tables as well. It too lasted for approximately three hours and cards were available on site. Yes, I was spoiled and this has become the standard for me! WHAT TO EXPECT HERE: In this location, the rooms were very small. Our primary training room had no tables only chairs against the wall and a television for viewing the program. Had I known this in advance, I would have left my bag and portfolio in my car. I prefer not to have to sit my personal items on the floor. The windows had no window treatments and this was a slight issue for me because of the distraction from people and cars moving about the parking lot. We would watch the program and then move to a different small room to work with the models. Let me just say that today was different because more participants actually switched over due to concerns about tomorrow's weather. I thought that it was nice of them to be accommodating, it just made things a bit tight. The models are on the hardwood floor so if you have bad knees or mobility issues, this may cause some concern. I understand that this is a realistic scenario for having to deal with someone needing CPR but I just thought I should mention it. There were multiple classes going on at the same time and the rooms are not sound-proof. *** The staff here is exceptional, very timely and helpful with questions. Kim our trainer was great! (dynamic personality, very thorough with the material and I loved that she had a nice keep-it-moving kind of pace). ***They offer affordable classes several times per week and can easily accommodate your little "emergency". ***You can easily sign up and pay on line. ***They are conveniently located just west of Main street in downtown Alpharetta. read more

It doesn't get better than this! I've been to this school for my CPR recertification twice and will be going back for as long as they let me. First, the staff is incredibly nice, caring and super efficient. They treat you like you are part of the family. The course itself is always up to date with the latest CPR protocols and procedures. I was previously certified for First Aid CPR AED while I was a student a couple years ago, and the certification was up for renewal, so I opted to come here to get that done. They run classes for most days of the week. I scheduled my attendance just a few days ago, and they were able to accommodate me without a problem. My CPR/AED session was a one-to-one session, and the First Aid session was semi-private, so I was in and out with a renewed certification within 4 hours. Best CPR/BLS class I have taken ever! The staff were very friendly and professional. Their equipment was up to date and they had enough mannequins for each person in my class. My instructor, Kim Peters, was wonderful and kept the class engaged. It was obvious how well she understood the material and how passionate she was for teaching this course. Having taken previous CPR courses, I found many often relied heavily on the videos and seem to drag on. Compared to other classes, this one was short and concise with lots of hands on practice.
