The great room had Venetian plaster applied 25 years ago. They had to sand all the walls to get them smooth. Their attention to detail preparing the walls, fixing drywall damage on walls and ceiling was impressive. They covered and protected all areas that would be at risk and sealed off rooms to contain any dust. We expected more dust, but they use vacuum systems with HEPA filters which minimized the dust. Finally applying the primer and paint was clean and neat. They left the work area clean every day. I highly recommend Epic Painting. We will have them back this summer for other projects.

The Benjamin Moore paint used really brought a new life to the building, and looks shiny and new. With all the intricate details of this old building, I knew it was one heck of a challenge to take on, but it was not problem for Painters Touch. Their pricing was fair and straightforward which I appreciated. This is the BEST painter, the best CONTRACTOR... So, let me tell you a story. I called 5 Painters,…read more2 didn't even show up and the other 2 I had to chase for a proposal which was 3x that of Mike's. Why did I hire mike? Because he LOVES to paint.. He says it is "therapeutic". Therapeutic ?!?!? I find when you hire people who love what they do, you are likely to have good results. So mike gets on site "ding" 8am with a text - "i am here in the dog run, just FYI, if your going to let the dogs out". Painting begins.. He doesn't ring the doorbell, call me open the phone. He knows I have dogs, kids.. The following day, mike calls me with bad news "Sean, I am checking the wood as I go along, and there's some rot, what do you want to do"? I ask him can he fix it, and he's like "yeah". So for a marginal (AND I MEAN marginal) price he goes around replacing all the TRIM that is rotted, and the cost is really nominal.. I am expecting thousands of dollars, and he's like its just a few places. He then calls me and tells me that there is more rot, and called a roofer friend on his own, and tells me the "ROOF was installed improperly, and because of that there's rot into the sub wall". He then refers me to not 1, but 3 reputable companies that can repair the rot. They actually come out?!!?!?! He then calls his roofer buddy to check my roof. We then learn that my brand new roof was not installed to code, and I was charged for items that were not actually installed. I am now in the process of getting that repaired through the roof vendor who was attempting to defraud me. I would have never known otherwise. He could have, and most likely others would have just painted over it! Mike takes picture of all the damage on his own time, because "that's not right"...So.. Mike continues to do this work, and its the best painting I have seen in my life. Repairs the wood with bondo in some places where the rot is not bad.. So I ask him "hey my pool stairs are broken, how much to fix/bondo that"? He's like "I got the bondo out, no problem man"... Doesn't charge me and is out there for an hour (1 hour of his time) Bondo/sanding my pool stair, which look AWESOME. Then there are the little things: Very tidy, ladders are stacked, cleans up, no mess. We also had painted the deck and the "brown" was not "brown". So we had him change the color, and he's like no problem. I ask him how much, and he says, just pay me for the materials, we have to do a second coat anyways.! Finally, Walking down my deck steps they feel more firm - WHY? Because he literally drove new screws to secure the wood. SERIOUSLY!!! If you need painting done, you should call him! Because we have a laundry list of items were gonna get done! To the other reviewee on here that gave him a negative review, I suggest you stop taking your hallucinogenic drugs!

The surrounding areas were masked and protected. The job appeared great. Our sprinklers came on when Manuel was cleaning up and he told us that one area may blister from the moisture. He also does an awesome job showing us what was done to make sure we are happy with the results. For the exterior issue, we had quite a few quotes from other places that were astronomical and required a lot of work to accomplish. Sinat was able to find a different approach that saved us time and money. We definitely recommend Sinat for any house related issues and trust he will do an awesome job.
