The spa itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. My only complaint is the checkout process. It's uncomfortable having the masseuse stand there watching while you're deciding how much to tip. On top of that, there's a sign suggesting tip amounts up to $50. It feels like unnecessary pressure and takes away from what was otherwise a great experience. Tipping should feel voluntary, not intimidating. Makes me feel like they are not paying the masseuse. If they changed the checkout process to give customers more privacy, the experience would be close to perfect. I'd still return because the massages are that good.

When we called to let them know we'd be about 30 minutes late, they were incredibly kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The spa has a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere that immediately helps you unwind. I got a Swedish massage and asked for firm pressure. My massage therapist definitely delivered--it was a great massage and exactly what I requested. Just a heads-up: if you prefer a lighter touch or aren't used to deep pressure, you may want to ask for medium or light pressure instead. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with excellent service, a relaxing environment, and professional staff. We'd definitely come back!

Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest business practices…read more I have been a customer of this spa for years. Ever since they changed management, it has been an absolute disaster! I've been a couple of times since for foot massages with my wife and the ladies working on us were talking with each other and giggling like 12 year old girls. Anything but relaxing! To top it off, I was given a $48 gift card for a one-hour massage that was purchased on February 13, 2026. The gift card clearly states it is valid for 180 days and does not expire until August 12, 2026. On August 5, I called to schedule an appointment for August 6--a full week before the gift card expired. The employee asked when the gift card had been purchased. The moment I told her the purchase date, she flatly said "No" and refused to schedule my appointment or honor the gift card. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, and no offer of another appointment. Instead, I was treated with rudeness and hostility. Selling gift cards and then refusing to honor them while they are still valid is unacceptable. It feels like they are happy to take your money but have no intention of providing the service they promised. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB because consumers deserve better than deceptive business practices. If you're thinking about buying a gift card here, don't. You may end up paying for a service you never receive.

The atmosphere was very calming as they could dim the lights and there was faint music playing. My mom had gotten a certificate for this place by one of her customers and didn't have time to get a massage so she gave it to me. I had completely forgotten about it until the day it was about to expire so I had to make an appointment the same day it was going to expire but they were very nice about it and were able to squeeze me in and did not make any fuss about it (which I appreciate because I totally get how annoying that can be). When I got there the guy was very nice and remembered my appointment. The place was very clean, which I definitely appreciate in the current climate, and it smelled like fresh laundry. They start by having you put your feet in warm water which is very relaxing. You get the reflexology done in a dimly lit room on a small bed next to other beds with clients beside you. They started by massaging my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. They eventually made their way to my feet and calves. They end the massage with hot towels & warm stones. *They accept walks- ins which is nice when you're in the mood for a spontaneous foot massage* Cons: 1.) The towels they use to dry your legs and feet off with are really rough and hurt a bit. 2.) the one time I got a full body massage instead of reflexology was really rushed. It was in a tiny room, the masseuse scratched my back to the point where it bled (it was an elderly lady so maybe she couldn't see?) The massage was terrible. I would only go for reflexology 3.) the reflexology room is shared with many clients so it's very communal. The only downside is some clients are not mindful and not courteous. Yesterday, a man's phone kept going off very loudly. Not to mention he was talking loud and fell asleep and started snoring extra loud. Some people really can't read the room. But the prices are really good! It's a nice treat once in a while. The customer service is always good too.
