By that point, I had lost confidence in the meal. I understand that mistakes happen in restaurants. What disappointed me most wasn't just the food, it was the way my concern was handled. A simple apology or an offer to verify the order would have completely changed my experience. As a first-time customer, this was not the impression I was hoping for. We decided to try the fresh spring rolls with shrimp pho and chicken pho. Personally for me, the chicken pho was the highlight of the meal. Both the bowls were really flavorful with a very comforting broths. I have nothing but good to say about the shrimp pho. It came with a beef based broth and was cooked to perfection. The Chicken pho came with a chicken-based broth although I requested it to be in beef broth. The broth was a bit sweet and savory but what surprised me about the Chicken Pho is that it came with BONE IN chicken. I had to take the pieces out, debone them and put the meat back into the soup. The chicken itself was amazing but if you are someone who wouldn't like dealing with this mess then I would recommend you try another pho. The fresh spring rolls were light and refreshing with a nice balance of shrimp, vegetables, and noodles. Other than the food, the server was really sweet but the service was kind of slow (took 15 mins + to serve the phos) and the restaurant was clean with a friendly atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoyed the food here and I will be back to explore more of their menu.
