I think they're plastic, but could be wrong. They were all taken when we got there so we had to eat inside. The inside is pretty small. There were two open tables but they were filthy. We ended up sitting at a counter along the windows. The menu is on a board. We chose what we wanted and we just guessed at what to do next. There didn't appear to be any table service so my husband walked up to the bar and placed our order. We believe there was only one person working there that night. She was working the bar, cooking, and delivering drinks and food to tables. And she was pleasant! The place is small, dirty, and it was super loud. People were vaping like crazy and I don't believe most places allow that. I'm not a fan of being around it. Not a great atmosphere! There was no way I was going to use the women's restroom after my husband reported back on the men's room. He said the door was hard to close because it was somewhat hanging off the hinges. He could barely turn around in there because it's so small. He said it was disgustingly dirty. The pluses were they there was water, soap, and paper towels, and there were no live bugs. The food was very average. Supposedly the Larry Burger is great. It was not. It was very average. It was thicker than most burgers, but that's about it. We each had one of those and we shared an order of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were the highlight of our time there. They would have been better with horseradish sauce instead of ranch dressing. I can't imagine the scenario that would see us going there again.

The landscaping all throughout is just beautiful - it definitely makes you forget you're in the middle of Ellisville. Their menu is large but narrowed down to just a few topics - Pizza, salads, breadsticks, mac and cheese and wings. Perfect selection. Service is always fantastic. There are times we have been there where there is no patio service and you have to go to the bar to order but usually that's not the case. Either way, we always deal with great staff!

They have a large patio that's out front - kind of part of the parking. We opted to sit inside. I think we waited about ten minutes before anyone came to our table. She asked if we had been helped yet and we said no. She got us a cocktail menu (one was not given to us with our food menus). She was a good server throughout our time there! We ordered drinks and a starter and then figured out our entrees. We LOVE big pretzels! I've never had a bad one - until the one we had here. It was not good. There were little black seed type things - maybe poppy seeds? Unusual and not good. But even without that - not good. And the two sauces that came with it weren't good. My husband had pizza and said it was okay. I got fish and chips and did not like it. There were three pieces of fish, tartar sauce, and coleslaw. I chose onion rings for my side. I ate one piece of fish. It was really overcooked. The tartar sauce was not good. I didn't try the coleslaw because it didn't even look like coleslaw! My husband will try just about anything and he wouldn't try it. The onion rings were okay. We were there on a Saturday night and it wasn't very busy. We won't be back.

I would recommend eating before you come, they do have snacks, that were really good, but nothing like a heavy dinner, which we probably needed. The guys got to rate all the kinds of whiskey and then make their own bottle, they got to name their bottle and we brought home 2 glasses. What I really paid for was the Barrel Experience and a tasting. I could see this spot getting very busy on the weekends, so I will say we went on a Thursday and we basically had the place to ourselves. There is plenty of comfy seating and the place has such great decor. If you or your partner like Whiskey, you need to check this out!
