NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. After Derek's repair, the car was free of all vibrations and my drive quality returned to the way it was when I left the dealership upon purchase. Twice I had other (closer) garages do minor work on my Wrangler because it was more convenient and I regretted it. Dedona ultimately ended up correcting their mistakes. Jimmy's work is always clean, he doesn't sell you parts or service you don't need, and he is a 100% straight shooter. Every time I've ever gone in, he's taken the time to test drive the Jeep with me, discuss repairs and upgrades in depth and show me around the shop. Always a ton of cool projects underway downstairs. However, I have had some bad experiences with local garages in Pelham (see my review of Bencivengo auto service in Pelham for example). So finding M&M has been a relief - a real breath of fresh air. The owner, Paul, is smart and funny and down-to-earth. He comes across as honest and fair; I have yet to feel as though he's tried to sell me on something I didn't need, and I have been pleased with all my transactions with M&M. Recommended.
