Ad also says they bring their own water tanks but when speaking to them they said that I must have a hose for them to do the exterior. Otherwise they can only do interior for $50. Answered the phone "hello?" Clearly not a business true to their word (Or advertisement). Now I need to spend time trying to get a refund from groupon. Omar, in response to your response below; groupon does NOT write the details of your groupon. YOU DO THIS. I'm well aware of the process, groupon cannot possibly know what you are trying to sell. In fact I asked them about that and they told me you provide all groupon details. You then proceeded to try to sell me just an interior detail at 85% of the interior/exterior detail so i'll let the consumer be the judge if you are just trying to use groupon to get people to call you after you renege on your groupon details and sell them something else. For those interested in his "mobile detail" It is not 20 miles from his location and he does NOT provide the water tanks he says he does. What the groupon states " the techs use biodegradable and eco-friendly products, and they can even bring along their own portable water tanks."

The vehicle wasn't that dirty it only had 23k on it but I like the paint to it's best. Needless to say but they had a petty good base to start with. I dropped it off the night before and was called the next morning around 9:30 to say my vehicle was done. I'm like did you start on it yesterday seems awful fast to do all that. He replies back yeah we start at 5am. So I pick the vehicle up after work it looks good so I pay the $230 and pull the vehicle out into the sun to have another look. They missed some surface scratches so I pull it back in and they take care of them. I find it hard to believe the scratches didn't come out if they did all three sets of polishing as listed in description but also could be due to the inadequate lighting in the place. So I get home and upon further inspection I notice they didn't even clean rocker panels and most definitely didn't polish them. They are a painted panel which I would think would be included in a full detail. Then I notice they didn't polish the roof the paint is rough and some of the adhesive is still on paint from the wrap the previous owner had on it. They didn't even clean the tires they left all the grime on there and just covered it with more tire shine. They also left wax everywhere see before and after photo of weather stripping. If I can clean it why can't they? I then contact the owner and he dismisses all of it. I ask for a partial refund and he says no they cleaned it to best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and find another shop they didn't do everything I paid for and took advantage of me.
