They were cooked when we ordered, nothing already cooked and waiting for someone to dress them for service. Cam said he didn't think the burgers would be so big and almost couldn't finish his! Burgers come with ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion, tomato, and lettuce, and can have cheese added. The fries are nearly as good as the ones for which we travel to Polson! Hot, salty and crisp. Great flavor. It was a cool and rainy weekend, so we didn't order a milkshake or freeze, but they have a wonderful variety of other items. While we were waiting for our order, a gentleman drove up and picked up his order, leading me to believe one might be able to call ahead of time and pick up their order. Seating is either inside or outside, and the view from the porch is breathtaking. The Missouri River passes a few hundred feet from the establishment. It was nice to have that place though, and there's not much competition, as the town is tiny and there are very few choices for ice cream or food at all. Their version of the Blizzard was called a Razzle, and it was good. For the location, this place was an oasis, but compared to similar places elsewhere, it was lacking. I'd go again though, only because there was no other choices! If you are in Fort Benton and it's hot, you'll appreciate the Freeze, even with the cost.
