Extremely unprofessional. They came out and measured my house to repair siding and never had the courtesy to provide me with an estimate after 2 follow-up calls requesting one. The guy who came out had an attitude and was not professional and I do not recommend this company due to poor follow up and customer service. read more

This company will solicit you by phone "because we are in area" with an offer of a free energy audit and a free energy saver gift. In my case they never showed and called at the appointment time to say "our tech is running late." I waited an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes and after multiple phone calls to the phone number of the woman that called me I was told the tech "had a fender bender on the way to your house" and that they could reschedule another time when they will be in the area. Waste of my time and not a business I would have work on my house. They may do great work but I have no idea since they never showed up. I know that I don't hire business that solicit me and then don't show!!!! UPDATE These guys called me 2 years later because they are "in the area" and wanted to know why I hadn't completed my appointment. Hmmm maybe because I don't hire solicitation type services. If this business is so great they wouldn't need cold calls or better yet rehashing old appointments that failed. IMO Don't waste your time with these clowns. Go through DTE or Consumers and hire an energy auditor they recommend and have reviewed. read more

I agree with Rick h. I believe they take advantage of older people. I bought a home that the previous owners had used enterprise for gutters gutter guards and downspouts. The owner explained me that they had them put in because the old gutters weren't working well and water was rushing over the gutters and pine needles in gutters. Well The gutter guards they put on there did nothing . And when I called to ask why The rain was rushing over the gutters just like the previous owners and said they told me it was because of the pitch of the roof and that I needed bigger gutters. I'm like why didn't they tell the previous owners that so they just took advantage of them and just put on whatever. And the woman had ordered a sliding glass door that I had to wait for it to come in because she ordered before they put the house on the market. A church or $8000 for a sliding glass door. When it came it came with a white handle that you can get for $10 at Menards . The door was wood grain . I had to call them and ask them for the right handle they brought another one that's brown but still looks like a $10 one from Menards. I just would never do business with these people . I felt they took advantage of the old lady. read more

Went to Lansing Home & Garden Show to find companies to get gutter work done. Made an appointment with Streamline. Today I had two guys show up in old former police vehicle with no identifying company markings on it. One guy had a Streamline hat, other guy had no kind of identifying company clothing at all. Told 'em what I wanted --one guy did measurements while the other guy did nothing but chat me up. First guy then opened his trunk to show me examples of gutters/screens then started pressuring me about committing to them. I told them up front I was going to get several quotes before making a decision--he asked me what companies I was going to call. Then first guy says if you let us put a sign in your front yard, we'll lower the price by $50. I said sure you can put the sign in but I'm not committing to anything right now. Then he actually said "well we did drive all the way over here...."--I then said that it was part of his job. I then told them I was not going to do the gutters right away as I had other financial commitments coming up and he had the nerve to ask what they were! I repeated that I was only looking for a quote and the guy said "well you should have waited to do that closer to the time you were going to get the work done" (sic) He was smirking and laughing when he went to get a quote sheet out of his car and was still smirking and laughing when he started to fill out the quote sheet. I told him never mind, I won't do business with anyone who doesn't respect the customer. I then walked away. I was uncomfortable the entire time they were there and I did not let them talk me into anything. I will not ever contact them again for any quotes. read more

So after complaining to the company and the better business bureau, this company agreed to refund my mother-in-law $300 of the $5045 that it cost her for 5 windows she is still not happy with as she did not get what she thought she was ordering. I would certainly get estimates from a couple different companies as there are more than one company out there that does windows and siding. Not enough to completely do 5 window treatments as they are expensive but it is what it is. Note to everyone with elderly parents, please advise them to contact you regarding anything such as this as it is a very large purchase and disappointment could have been avoided. read more

I was not solicited by phone. I called them for Insulation on my mobile home. I googled for information and I got Streamline enterprise.
