The fireplace has not worked since day 1. No follow up .... Constant contacts from us to Viridien. They keep saying they are ordering parts each time I've called. Emails sent... unanswered. Poor response for a large investment that is rendered useless. We've had Mendota inserts prior with no issue. This is clearly a defective unit/installer error. Buyer beware. If anything happens... you will be on your own to resolve.
