I really love this little shop right here in Denver!…read more If you are looking for a gift, this is the spot! The employees are so helpful, and they will help you find whatever you are looking for. There are home goods, furniture, some food. Lots of decorations! They carry some baked goods from a local baker here, which are delicious! Prices are on the medium to high side, as most gift shops are. But, the quality is worth it! They also host different local events. Just make sure you check the hours, because they fluctuate! I believe they are closed the beginning of the week.

One of the pigs just had piglets and was chowing down on pumpkins! The hay ride was $5/person and lasted about 15 minutes; we enjoyed hearing about the history of the farm. Everyone was so friendly and happy to be there. The donuts are amazing, but heads up, the line will be long! Waited about 20 minutes to order. Will be going back and supporting their farm!

There's lots of activities, photo opps and pumpkins to peruse. But in comparison to another spot we've been to we felt like there were some options missing for us personally. This isn't a knock to Hodges, just a personal preference. Now, if you have family in town and kiddos in tow this place is PERFECT! I would definitely recommend it for a fun fall time. Parking was easy, even on a super busy Saturday. There's plenty of signage so you know what's going on in all areas. The animals were pretty cool inside the barn too.

It wasn't much to look at, probably just a seasonal location for them. One of the guys helping me out said they shipped the trees and wreaths and such from the mountains. The staff: AWESOME! Very helpful... They wrap your tree and tie it on your roof and everything. The selection: We went about a week before Christmas, so I would assume they had sold a lot already. The trees were beautiful and awesomely prices. They had this 12 or so foot tree for $154. Going to close to Christmas, I think they were just trying to get rid of their inventory so I got an awesome deal on this huge wreath. The owners wife made it... It's gorgeous!! She even hand made the bow which really complimented the wreath very well. Being in Charlotte, this was a bit of a drive on some weird back road that I've never been on. I'd go back again, although I'm still a little upset I didn't get any apple cider. I did however pick up some local honey and some homemade winter pickles. Yum!
