From the…read moremoment I walked in, the space felt clean, private, and calm -- which matters a LOT for a service like this. Wendy is the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable immediately. She's warm, professional, and super efficient without ever feeling rushed. She checks in with you throughout, has a gentle technique, and you can tell she has years of experience. The Brazilian itself was way more manageable than past places I've been -- and I had minimal irritation after, which is a huge win for my sensitive skin. Also: she's thorough. If you're new to waxing, nervous, or picky about who you trust -- book Wendy. This is 100% my new go-to spot.

I haven't had a facial in years, and definitely needed it - Anna put me at ease and explained everything she was doing. All of those clogged pores were cleared up and I am thrilled with the results. She even texted me later to see how I was doing (she was right; the redness was completely gone later that night). I will definitely make this part of my skin care routine moving forward!
