I've been a customer since 2002…read more Dr Paul Stratis performed my work in 2002 and I can confirm his work is excellent and stood the test of time. I had two crowns put in and they both were of superior craftsmanship, and I've enjoyed trouble free teeth since then. I made one big mistake in roughly 2007 but switching to a dentist closer to my new work location at that time. Live went on. Come 2019 I had a tooth that presented some issues and suddenly needed a rush root canal. I had issues locating a provider and decide to call up my old dentist and ended up being placed with Dr Nick Stratis, Paul's son. I can safely say the talent runs in the family. Nick was expert in his needle work, he performed the root canal quickly and expertly (on a rear molar the work is much more detailed). I had a temporary filling and a prescription for antibiotics in case the infection spread. Things recovered quickly. I went back for more detailed work and my new crown. Like before the finishing work was quick, clean, and expertly performed. I love my new crown. Absolutely no tooth or jaw alignment issues. Lastly, I should mention no great dental office is complete without great tooth cleaning experts. All of the staff who clean my teeth have done excellent work, and leave me walking away with super clean teeth and gums. It shows every time I smile. I feel obligated to maintain a great dental health routine just to not disappoint the staff on my next visit. And finally staff who run the front counter and manage appointments have been professional, organized, and super accommodating, when I've had to make schedule adjustments. I'll be going to this office for my dental work even if I move out of province. I'll find a way.

Pathetic... BEWARE... DO NOT Go…read more I have very good teeth and because of new job I wanted to smell neat so I thought I will consult for any cleaning if required. the lady who treated me she said your teeth were so close to each other and tight , god knows what she wanted " a passage next to each tooth" , I will put in her name here next time .the person who treated me did not seem like she was an experienced dentist and was appointed for practice. she ruined my teeth, I never had any gaps now she scraped my teeth to the extent that all food particles are settling , and my gums destroyed and have been experiencing tooth ache since 7 months ever since I went to them . when I complained they lied saying you had plaque maybe and when I said no and showed how my teeth were and they realized their mistake and tried to say they will do some filling near gums and worst was when they said I did not understand English. BEWARE DO NOT GO to Studio dental, they will destroy your teeth and create problems you never had.

He was there working on unaware patients, doing UNSUPERVISED job interviews! He gave my 10 year old son 2 numbing needles without my consent!. He did not do a consultation with me before or after he worked on my son. The front desk also did not give me any follow up instructions or information after his visit! The lady was too busy eating her chips! This establishment is very reckless. I now have to get my son tested for viral infections! Also the man that worked that day Mr Joon did not get the job!!!!!!!! This information was given to me by the manager. My stomach dropped when Hafsa the manager told me only a few days ago. This is disgustingly dangerous! Who knows how many other children were worked on from people not employed there!

This review is based on the receptionist. Such a nasty character, she calls in and demands why you…read morehave missed your appointment, when there was no reminder call prior to the appointment day. When i asked her for her name she put me on hold just to cowardly run away and never bothered to get back to me. Every dentist/doctor has a receptionist and if the receptionist is this rude why would you want to go to a place that will take care of your teeth/ health when the first line of defense speaks to you with such attitude? The receptionist not only was speaking rude but also calls me stupid?? The dentist is fine, the place is clean but the people who handle your money and appointments are not trained well with patients or even how to speak to a human being. I advise anyone looking for a dentist to look the other way or else you will get a call early in the morning before you even brush your teeth and will take their anger out on you just because you weren't notified of an appointment.
