The receptionist was great. She squeeze me in to see the dentist right away. I really appreciate that. The dentist was nice and honest but in my opinion need more experience. I wasn't confident in her suggestions and her approach and that made me go to a different dentist the same day. The way she communicated with me wasn't reassuring. The second dentist I visited gave me a solution that was totally different from her advice and instantly relieved me of my severe pain. I was in pain and throughout my experience with her I felt like she is hesitant to do more aggressive approach.

RECENT EXPERIENCE
After my consult at STUDIO dental their manager called me and offered me a free cleaning and refund for my horrible experience at their clinic and to REMOVE MY REVIEW. I didn't take up the offer for free cleaning because of my horrible experience at this clinic. That offer was made the first week of August. I emailed them on September 18th asking if there was a copy of the receipt from my visit and to confirm that it was refunded. To my surprise, that wasn't the case. The receptionist told me it wasn't a refund receipt. I also checked with my insurance claims, and I see that the charges were still there. So, I emailed and asked to speak to the manager again. They ignored my email for three days. They wouldn't have replied back to me if I hadn't changed my tone in the email. Around 11 am on September 21st, the receptionist called me and said the manager would be in 20 mins and she would call me. Guess what? She DIDN'T, so I called around 2:30(MORE THAN 3 HOURS THAN THE PROMISED CALLBACK) to complain and look for the manager. The first receptionist disconnected, and I got someone else who still wasn't the manager, and she wanted me to wait again on hold like the first receptionist. I said no, have the manager called me back because it disconnected me when I was on hold. FINALLY, after more than 3 HOURS I was able to speak to the manager. She told me about the process for the refund with my insurance and PROMISED a call back the following day. AND GUESS WHAT?!!! She DIDN'T call me back AGAIN. So Saturday, September 23rd, I needed to email again, and they emailed me back saying she'll call me after 2 pm. AND GUESS WHAT?!!! She DIDN'T CALL me at all. Fast forward to today, she finally called me during conversation. She still wouldn't take ownership of all the HORRIBLE things they did to me. She said it takes a long time to process the refund, and she processed it back in AUGUST. I called my insurance, and they said the refund was initiated last week. One-time experience is a mistake, but REPEATED ACTIONS IS A CHOICE. STUDIO DENTAL not only didn't take care of my DENTAL EMERGENCY in the most efficient way, they also treated me HORRIBLY. Why would you promise something that you wouldn't do? I considered deleting my review when you guys asked for it but AFTER MULTIPLE HORRIBLE experience I have decided to let everyone know about how HORRIBLE I was treated by STUDIO dental. read more
