I found the staff here friendly, courteous, and professional from the front office staff to the Hygienist, X-Ray Technician and Dentist. Wendy, my Dental Hygienist was excellent in getting my teeth cleaned plus explaining oral procedures to keep them healthy...especially daily flossing. Dr. Nick Stratas' exam was thorough and he made a recommendation regarding a night guard that I agreed to do. I didn't realize my teeth could feel so smooth! She was very accommodating to my inability to choose something to watch on their big TV while I received my cleaning :). It's also conveniently located and ample parking is available. And the staff is all female! Facilities are new, clean, and very inviting. Apparently they also have teeth whitening services as well! The staff are all so patient and friendly. Dr. Mukerji has been so patient with both my kids. Christina does an amazing job cleaning me and my kids' teeth.

The reception Philippino lady... well, she definitely had a fork up her butt her snarky attituded only lasted 5 minutes before I set her straight she has some serious issues! please get help, incompetent idiot. Meeting the doctor for the first time he was friendly and within 1 minute he tells me I'll need two appointments to complete the root canal and itll cost me $1200 wow $1200 for a root canal? I told him i will not pay more than $1000 and thats already over paying, which he quickly agreed to with a BIG GRIN on his face. The doctor asked me numerous of times if i had a credit card- before he started the first process of the root canal, which I repeatedly said yes! After the first step was completed they make you go back to the receptionist with your face numb all the way up to your eye balls! Literally! Just to book your second appointment. -btw I had to stand there answering questions while my entire face was numb I also waited for her to photo copy my credit card and in meantime she has the nerve to answer calls and take her sweet time on the phone, It was brutal. shame for a dentist office to do this to there patients. "I WISH I NEVER CAME HERE" I SHOUTED IN MY HEAD 1 week later its finally time for the second appointment i show up to the same suite with the same receptionist working, this time around she was okay -just okay! I was told to take a seat and wait for the doctor I waited waited and waited 30 minutes went by, since I had time to spare I started to read the reviews. I was horrified at what I was reading and at how many people had a similar experience, my anxiety was at its highest point and it was too late now I couldnt back out now. Dr.Wayne Pulver this time around was extremely rude completely different personality from my first appointment, I got called in the room and the doctor numbed me and opened my mouth wide inserted the bite block and then the mouth prop, he literally left me there with my mouth opened wide with the mouth prop for a full -15 UNCOMFORTABLE MINUTES- while he was attending another patient next door!! in that time there were two European nurses working there and they both got into a screaming match in the dentist office in front of all the patients and Dr.Wayne Pulver did nothing about this he in fact let it continue on for 15 minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE ITS FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST. The root canal i paid for thinking itll save my tooth, nope it failed, i went through alot of pain the entire time after the surgery and now that tooth is extracted. DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR TO GET ANY PROCEDURES COMPLETED.

When I was looking for a good dentist, and I was quite afraid that I would feel pain during procedures, as I unfortunately did with the first dentist I saw. So, my husband at the time, John, recommended Dr. Richard Lindzon highly. He raved about Dr. Richard Lindzon. He said that Dr. Richard : ) was a "pain-free dentist" and he was right. John was Dr. Jack Lindzon's patient since he opened up the office, in the 1970's. So, for decades, John, my son, and I have never felt pain during any procedure. Dr. Pavithra diagnosed my situation, explained in detail the issue using HD pictures and x-rays, and then what my options were. She was extremely attentive to any discomfort I might be experiencing (which was minimal), and continuously asked how I was doing. He was there working on unaware patients, doing UNSUPERVISED job interviews! He gave my 10 year old son 2 numbing needles without my consent!. He did not do a consultation with me before or after he worked on my son. The front desk also did not give me any follow up instructions or information after his visit! The lady was too busy eating her chips! This establishment is very reckless. I now have to get my son tested for viral infections! Also the man that worked that day Mr Joon did not get the job!!!!!!!! This information was given to me by the manager. My stomach dropped when Hafsa the manager told me only a few days ago. This is disgustingly dangerous! Who knows how many other children were worked on from people not employed there!

DO NOT Go…read more I have very good teeth and because of new job I wanted to smell neat so I thought I will consult for any cleaning if required. the lady who treated me she said your teeth were so close to each other and tight , god knows what she wanted " a passage next to each tooth" , I will put in her name here next time .the person who treated me did not seem like she was an experienced dentist and was appointed for practice. she ruined my teeth, I never had any gaps now she scraped my teeth to the extent that all food particles are settling , and my gums destroyed and have been experiencing tooth ache since 7 months ever since I went to them . when I complained they lied saying you had plaque maybe and when I said no and showed how my teeth were and they realized their mistake and tried to say they will do some filling near gums and worst was when they said I did not understand English.
