The reception Philippino lady... well, she definitely had a fork up her butt her snarky attituded only lasted 5 minutes before I set her straight she has some serious issues! please get help, incompetent idiot. Meeting the doctor for the first time he was friendly and within 1 minute he tells me I'll need two appointments to complete the root canal and itll cost me $1200 wow $1200 for a root canal? I told him i will not pay more than $1000 and thats already over paying, which he quickly agreed to with a BIG GRIN on his face. The doctor asked me numerous of times if i had a credit card- before he started the first process of the root canal, which I repeatedly said yes! After the first step was completed they make you go back to the receptionist with your face numb all the way up to your eye balls! Literally! Just to book your second appointment. -btw I had to stand there answering questions while my entire face was numb I also waited for her to photo copy my credit card and in meantime she has the nerve to answer calls and take her sweet time on the phone, It was brutal. shame for a dentist office to do this to there patients. "I WISH I NEVER CAME HERE" I SHOUTED IN MY HEAD 1 week later its finally time for the second appointment i show up to the same suite with the same receptionist working, this time around she was okay -just okay! I was told to take a seat and wait for the doctor I waited waited and waited 30 minutes went by, since I had time to spare I started to read the reviews. I was horrified at what I was reading and at how many people had a similar experience, my anxiety was at its highest point and it was too late now I couldnt back out now. Dr.Wayne Pulver this time around was extremely rude completely different personality from my first appointment, I got called in the room and the doctor numbed me and opened my mouth wide inserted the bite block and then the mouth prop, he literally left me there with my mouth opened wide with the mouth prop for a full -15 UNCOMFORTABLE MINUTES- while he was attending another patient next door!! in that time there were two European nurses working there and they both got into a screaming match in the dentist office in front of all the patients and Dr.Wayne Pulver did nothing about this he in fact let it continue on for 15 minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE ITS FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST. The root canal i paid for thinking itll save my tooth, nope it failed, i went through alot of pain the entire time after the surgery and now that tooth is extracted. DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR TO GET ANY PROCEDURES COMPLETED.

Me and my family visited them couple of times and they were super helpful, especially Eerine- she took care of my mom throughout her dental procedure and made her feel super comfortable. The best part here is that the doctor clearly explains the issues with the teeth and gives a detailed glance of process and costs involved.

I did not know what was going on for the whole time as he did not acknowledge my presence. My daughter said she got STABBED by the instruments the dr was using on her and her gum was bleeding. This was bc he was NOT LOOKING at her but TALKING WITH the assistant!!! We were supposed to have an x ray done but the assistant failed to put the mouth piece in my daughter and hurt her multiple times in the process. So they decided x Ray was not possible. Don't they have smaller mouth pieces for young children? I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not bring your loved ones here !

Reassurances during a difficilt experience were not expressed. I felt afraid, nervous; the procedure gave me sharp jabs on several occassions, an aching jaw and a strong need to swallow because of the time required to complete the procedure. The following day was aching jaws and head aches. The tooth no longer gives me pain but I will never go through with this procedure again.

I found the staff here friendly, courteous, and professional from the front office staff to the Hygienist, X-Ray Technician and Dentist. Wendy, my Dental Hygienist was excellent in getting my teeth cleaned plus explaining oral procedures to keep them healthy...especially daily flossing. Dr. Nick Stratas' exam was thorough and he made a recommendation regarding a night guard that I agreed to do. Will also send another patient's xrays and say it's yours to your new dentist despite it is clearly not yours when the dentist opens it and will argue that its yours, despite it is clearly not a match. They will also refuse to give you copies of your invoices citing that they do not keep it long, even only after one week. This is despite the law says that they have to keep it for a minimum of ten years at least, keeping in mind they still has from thirteen years ago for a cleaning, and since these new charges are fraudulent, they suddenly cannot find or don't have them, forgetting that you can get them from the insurance company directly and can find it online on the insurance website too, lousy people, take out he wrong teeth, fill the wrong tooth and double charge for xrays.
