I went to TNT Nails yesterday for a simple pedicure and left with a bleeding toe, pain, and utter disbelief at how shockingly unprofessional and unsafe the experience was. From the moment I sat down, the technician was rude -- no greeting, no eye contact, no questions about what I wanted. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Then things went from bad to downright horrifying. While trimming my nails, the technician cut into my skin and caused bleeding. I could see the blood, I could feel the pain -- and yet she tried to deny it ever happened and cover it up. Instead of apologizing or providing proper care, she reached for a random bottle of pedicure chemical and tried to apply it directly into the open wound -- without telling me what it was. I politely but firmly asked for a clean tissue and a bandaid. She gave me neither. Instead, she reached for a bottle of unknown white powder and tried to apply it to the wound -- again, without answering what it was, even after I asked repeatedly. I had to pull my foot back to stop her from putting more unknown substances into a fresh wound. When I asked for the manager, a young woman came who barely spoke English. Then a young man eventually came -- finally someone I could speak to -- only to try to apply the same powder again and hand me some kitchen wipes. No sterile bandage. No antiseptic. Not even a basic apology. I told him I couldn't continue and needed to leave. He said "okay," and that was it. No apology. No concern. Nothing. This place is not only rude and careless -- it is UNSAFE. They handled an open wound with mystery products and zero hygiene standards. If you value your health, stay far away from TNT.
