Their pricing is excellent; but, more importantly, they provide amazing services from landscaping, lawn care, outdoor seasonal decor and snow plowing. They are perfectionists who have so much integrity in their work. I feel so lucky to have them as a vendor, I literally don't need to worry about this aspect of the business. I hired these guys to do a simple calibration of my new Cub Cadet's mowing deck. They did not check the air pressure in my tires either. They said they had finished and I trusted them since they are "professionals" - The mower is off by at least 3/4 of an inch, leaving a choppy uneven cut. I called them to let them know and see when they could come out to fix their mistake, and was told they would come out on Tuesday. Of course they did not call or show up. I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same. They are not responsive, clearly a bit sexist and overall just a bad product and given how my lawn looks I'm not sure they really know what they're doing.

There was always a reason for the delay like snow removal, but is it that hard to take 2 mins out of the day to respond? The estimate finally came in and of course there were follow up questions. The price came in more reasonable than others, but after over a month passed with 3 email follow ups and a phone call, I still have yet to hear from him. An explanation of why he decided to just stop communicating would have been nice. Clearly he didn't want a $20k project we were willing to spend for. We decided to go with someone else given his inability to respond and would recommend you save months of your time as well.

In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. The damaged tree and the yard around the tree ended up looking better than they had even before the storm damage. Highly recommend.

They come do work for my neighbors not me but they are always blocking my driveway. If you are blocking someone's property then yes there is a problem.They have done this multiple times over the past 2 years and it is so frustrating. I've reached out to the company and still have this problem. Everything just falls on ears of people who don't care. Please don't be rude to your neighbors this way when you are living next to each other and want to have good relations.
