I texted back giving this guy an entire week of availability to reschedule and asked that he let me know. I never heard back. it's been a week and still no followup from this company. With a work ethic like that, I am thankful I did not persue anything with this company. "Don't spend a dime, if they ain't got the time." Scary to think of the terrible possibilities.

When he came out, (yes, like an old school doctor he came to me!), it was immediately clear that it was basically user error (on my part). He took the time to walk me through each aspect of the machine in a completely non-judgmental and non-condescending way (I am an intelligent and kind woman, so this means a great deal to me). Dave gave me several little tips and tricks to make sure the snowplow will continue to work well.
