Well he didn't, he left me with massive tree trunks that are eye soar in my yard. Too large for me to move. In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. The damaged tree and the yard around the tree ended up looking better than they had even before the storm damage. Highly recommend.

All 20 of the arbors we ordered are growing and doing well so far, and they've grown between 6-12 inches only 3 months in. After a job well done, we called them back to install a blue stone chip firepit in our back yard. Sue is pretty helpful, showing us photos of three or four different options. The estimate was a little bit all over the place - we wound up having to negotiate a bit and took some items out to get a good value that we were overall very satisfied with. We'd recommend Bertog and would work with Sue again in the future. They can be a little slow to schedule, but they do try their best to be accommodating and they do very good work. We're overall very happy to have found them.

I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same.
