I asked if he would come back and fix them and offered to pay him for his time and he agreed. He said he would be there the next day but never showed up. I followed up twice more. The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

They helped us design a space that fits our home perfectly and made great recommendations we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. The craftsmanship is top-tier -- every paver is level, the lines are clean, and the finished patio looks incredible. They showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, on schedule and with such high quality. Our backyard has completely transformed into a space we're proud to show off. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert hardscape work!

Joni listened to what we wanted, informed us about what plant options there were within our budget and her design. Provided options for future seasons "work in" plants that met our original design concept. In 2008 we had My Secret Garden design our back yard Prairie Scape and work in the front yard upgrades. Needless to say we were blown away with their original design work and plantings. So much so that we had My Secret Garden do the side yard landscaping that fall! We use them every year to do our trim, mulch and maintenance. They've done our low voltage landscape lighting, garden maintenance and mulching and fall clean-up! My Secret Garden has never had an issue with replacing plants that were "burnt' by the dogs. I read Rita B's post and all I can say is 1. "More work, more material, more labor = MORE COST" - that's a rule of thumb throughout the REAL world. 2. I've never had a problem with My Secret Garden's billing or quality. 3. We've been BLOWN AWAY with their results! I will continue to use My Secret Garden and our neighbors have complimented us and them on our yard year after year! PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, FRIENDLY, and TIMELY!

On my most recent visit, many of the plants looked neglected, with dead leaves everywhere. After finally finding one plant I liked, I had an unpleasant interaction with the cashier when I asked about a military discount and requested tissue to cover the muddy pot. Her responses were abrupt and rude, leaving me upset enough to cry afterward. The only bright spot was a kind teenage employee who helped me figure out the bag to cover and carry the plant. Unfortunately, when I later spoke with the GM, my concerns were dismissed and the cashier's behavior was excused. Goodbye, Platt Hill. I have purchased overpriced, dead plants for the last time.
