It was clear they weren't trying to nickel-and-dime me. They simply looked at the damaged area, assessed the damage, and walked me through the reasonable estimate. Arranging a rental car was super easy, and they finished my car ahead of schedule. The best part is that they went above and beyond my expectations - they actually painted over a part on my bumper that was scratched, even though it hadn't been caused by the accident and it wasn't in the estimate, and they did it free of charge! I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that.
