This is the worst body shop ever! I have been to this shop 5 times for a rear-end collision, and…read morethese morons still have not fixed the issue 6 months later. -3 times, and they cannot seem to figure out how to wire a taillight -Apparently, using a wad of electrical tape is how real techs do it. -Also, they didn't fully install my bedliner, and that was a real treat watching all the cars swerve and crash in busy Metro Toronto. -If you need a sidestep replaced, this will also be a problem, because they will order the wrong one twice. So, you get the old one back with scratches. Don't worry, because they won't have the correct paint, and apparently, black epoxy is their preferred OEM method for painting. What a garbage business. It doesn't matter which manager they replace (yes, you get to deal with multiple ones over the months as the incompetence festers), you will get the same result. This year's ineffective manager of the year goes to GABBY! Congratulations, you are the winner.

My car looks beautiful, practically brand new. They really went above and beyond. It looks like they waxed the exterior and they cleaned up the inside of my car which was a mess! She then pulled the one that was unbolted, while I explained again what the real problem was, only to discover the belt was not bolted to the car. Better listening skills would have helped rather than the assumption that I didn't know how to work a seatbelt. 02-10-20200 Ok. They redeemed themselves! Had to go back cause wiper stopped working.
