From beginning to end of the project, we coordinated mainly through Garma, and he was very clear about the timeline. They went above and beyond by documenting issues they found during the demo of our existing shower, and were extremely mindful of our place, always using shoe covers to keep from tracking in dirt, covering our belongings and keeping us updated on their progress. And they stuck to the timeline they had projected! We recommend them without reservation and will be using them for our projects in the future!

I can't wait to use Mendoza Construction for my kitchen in the near future as I loved how their attention to detail was so spot on. They were clean, so responsive, and so kind. Osman knew exactly what to buy to make sure that my bathroom had the correct fixtures, sealants, etc for a more longer term lifespan. I was waiting for a text at some point throughout the renovation that would say "we've run into a problem" but I did not receive a single one of those texts which made me super happy! Shafayet and his crew did a truly amazing job, and I am so thankful for all their time, care, and commitment to making our house special and beautiful. This was a big job. We installed 2 new kitchens, 2 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and a bunch of other things in between. At every step, Shafayet worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care Multi put in to make it right. For this type of work, we received bids from a number of different people. Multi priced everything very competitively and they are very transparent on costs for change orders. I recommend them highly, and I will be sending friends to them for years to come!

The work included structural work to repair / replace old decaying beams and to add new support beams. The work included the relocation of 2 full new kitchens; all new internal plumbing; an upgraded electrical system; and the installation of split air conditioning systems throughout all 5 floors. The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. His bid for the job was very reasonable compared to the bids of 4 other general contractors. Great value overall!

Sloppy seams and excessive chalk used on new baseboard moldings (pictures) 5. Used cut baseboard molding for window molding rather than using what I showed him matching what was in my bedroom. TV- 1. Someone/ thing slammed into foyer light breaking inner light bulb, nearly got glass in my face when I removed it to clean. I find no joy in leaving a negative review however would not want someone else going thru what I did. **Updated in response to company** I had no intention on responding but my review was 100% honest, I can't say the same for the response. This is 100% a lie... "In regards to plastering around an hdmi cable, we simply asked if we should do so, so that there isn't a large plate on the wall or if they would like a plate installed. This has been done both ways and is simply a matter of preference. As shown in the picture, with holes behind the tv bracket, would love the opportunity to correct if allowed." You did not ask! I asked you and if I didnt you would have plastered around the wire. There was no option given you did not even have the plate to use. I had to run to Home Depot to get your crew the plate. Additionally you were given the opportunity to correct the holes as you were made aware prior to final day; you made the concious choice not to. This is a lie as well " The following day, the scratch was brought to our attention. Of course, this was very distressing and immediately offered to have the floors refinished." Per text On Friday 1/6 at 10:07am you advised " I can come back with golden oak and blend it in. It will still be slightly noticeable but not to someone not looking for it" I responded back on Friday 1/6 10:14am. I did not hear back until Monday at 10:57am but this time I had already went to home depot and made the best of situation left. To my knowledge golden oak and refinishing floors are not the same, moot point. I am sure you are capable of fanatastic work but that isn't what was provided to me. As you are aware there were other issues, missed paint spots that I had to touch up. The picture of molding is just one spot there were many. Wanting to tile around the toliet bowl. I can keep going and provide additional pictures.
