So if you wanna party go somewhere else, because the receptionist guy will give you crap. And tell you to shut up. The wifi is everywhere! And it's pretty good. Hey also have computers you could use as well. And they sell food and water for cheap. They don't try to over charge. A big water bottle was less then 1 euro! Other places sell that for 3 euros. The stairs are a few steps away from our door and I forgot they were there and tripped down the stairs. Miraculously landed on my feet. The rooms weren't updated but had a nice Italian charm to them. They refill the complimentary mini bar everyday and it came with snacks and a variety of drinks, which we enjoyed. The rooms were also a very decent size. The beds are extremely firm and not in a good way. We looked it up and that's how Italians like it. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and was very busy. If you are lucky, you get to sit by the window with a view of the duomo. I noticed the staff ask a few people if they wanted a cappuccino or another drink that wasn't being served at the buffet but we were never asked and it was hard to flag them down.

Probably most disturbing was the cleanliness of the hotel room. There was dust, hair and dirt on surfaces. The bathroom was one of the grossest in a hotel I have stayed at. We were so close to a lot of shopping but we went for miles of walking, people watching, window shopping, real shopping and enjoying the sights and fresh air. The Hotel is cute, well run, and they will get you an Uber or taxi if you need one and also make great dinner reservations for you. We went when there was a lot of people so we had to trust them on their reservations, which were excellent being most restaurants were completely booked. The room is clean. My Mum and sister had their room because they wake up early and I wake up late. I had my own room with a door I could close so that was neat. When you leave they make up your room and they do an excellent job. The beds were neat, clean, and comfy. We adjusted the room temperature to our liking. We slept their well for the two nights we were there. If I had a critique it would be to increase the water pressure in the shower. After a day of walking everywhere it would be nice to wash away the day. All in all I would definitely return. Definitely!
