Apparently, they did not secure a hose well enough, and when it came loose, my engine's intake was filled with anti-freeze. I noticed that one of the workstations in the garage had an open Budweiser sitting out. Maybe that's why they couldn't clamp a hose down right? Adding insult to injury, the mechanic was rude to me in every interaction. It felt like he resented me before he ever even met me. I was paying with a credit card, so I had to go through this poorly lit and grungy room. While in there, the mechanic kept making statements that ended with, "You know how females are." So if you're a woman, you may want to go somewhere else. It seems like they'll peg you as a sucker.

Every time I go to the shop I'm getting the run around about why this not complete. So I send my tow truck after It's obvious these folks are wasting my time. He try to double my balance I owe. He charged me Double for the same items on one receipt. Then charged me for parts I purchased on another one. I put my paperwork together with a family attorney and he told me I better go get my Truck NOW! They had a old nasty lady in the front. She accused me of taking my parts from the shop. Then when I explained to her that she was wrong, she put me out her office with aggressive behavior. This was a deliberate attempt to get me out of character. At that moment I knew it's something funny going on here. Don't let them waist your time. Give them a deadline time to complete any work they do. It's always a new face working there every other week. Also some of my parts were misplaced in this shop and Larry told me he didn't have my parts. That's when the old nasty lady accused me of taking them. When they saw how angry I was getting about my parts his help started locating everything that was missing while Im snapping. RED FLAG! From there is was downhill. If you white they might do you Right. Larry thought he was gonna over charge me so I couldn't afford to get my truck back from him. Nice Try but he can't play with me. I still ended up giving him a extra 250 but he definitely wasn't getting that extra 600 he typed up. One minute he say we gonna keep his boss David out of it. Next minute, he needs to call David to get pricing approval when I say he's overpricing the job from our original bill. Larry was so mad to see my truck leaving that shop he didn't want to watch. I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car.
