The clinic is conveniently located near Yonge and Bay and the facilities are very clean and modern. Dr Luong is very helpful and incredibly skilled at what she does. Her hands are very dexterous and you barely feel her working on your teeth. She is also very thorough with her check ups, I feel my teeth are very well taken care of by her. I also have a dental implant from Baywell, the surgery was performed by Dr Luong herself. The surgery went smoothly, Dr Luong was very professional and explained to me the procedure and let me know what she was doing at every step. I recovered very quickly from the procedure. Overall, everyone I've encountered at Baywell has been pleasant and friendly. Just to name a few individuals that I've encountered at Baywell--Marianne the hygienist is very friendly, she does thorough cleanings and makes good conversation. So convenient and time saving. When you enter the office yoi are greeted with a beautiful reception lounge. There is a coffee machine and a playroom next door for kids to play in. This is a huge bonus for families. To start, you are entered into their system and given a tour of the dental office. It is the most modern and clean dental clinic I have ever visited. Everything looks pristine. My favorite part has to be the flatscreen t.v. hanging on the ceiling for you to watch Netflix or Cable while you get your procedure done! Stefanie was my hygenist and she took her time to explain every thing she was doing. She took photos of my teeth and you can see it in color on the ceiling mounted tv screen! I was floored. Im use to seeing only black and white xrays. Stefanie was so gentle and thorough in my teeth cleaning. Stefanie offered me the choice of flavors for the polish and flouride. I never had the option of flavors before which just made things feel more personal. I picked cherry but there was also mint and bubblegum. Trust me. Ask for Stefanie when you come here! You wont regret it. Overall, they really wanted to educate me on my dental health to enpower me. Dr. Novin was very calm, polite and educational as to what needed to be done and believe me there was extensive work to be done. We discussed the past and the potential of a beautiful smile. I knew this was the place for me! The staff here are amazing!! As a result, I was terrified of the dentist's office, and out of fear, I avoided very much necessary dental work and care for years. When it wasn't an option to avoid it any longer, I stumbled into Dr. Boudakian's office by chance, and I was met with the kindest possible care. Every single person at Bayview Village Dental, in the several years I have been a patient, is brilliant and compassionate, and an absolute dream, and I ADORE that the same wonderful practitioners are there year after year.
