Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. Nicole was able to have my auto-pay shut down immediately and waived the 10 day notice requirement.
