Used to love this place, but last few times we've waited & waited & waited for service. This last time after we finally got our order in, our drinks that were ordered long before our food (3 beers, 2 soda pops) took longer to arrive than the food did! Then - empty glasses for at least 10 minutes per refill. There used to be a great manager, she ran everything like clockwork, had our drink orders in right away then refilled before they were empty, food quality was much better. The last few times we've been in, the food has been lukewarm like it's been sitting there while the server is busy talking with coworkers or looking at her phone. This last time was our last, the place was not even busy but we just sat at the table amazed that our server walked by half a dozen times ignoring us but proceeded to have a full conversation with her co-worker behind the bar!!? My husband came back from the restroom saying at least it looked like our food was ready, but didn't arrive for another 5-10 minutes & again was lukewarm. The gal that ran the show must have moved on, but it appears they didn't hire anyone to take her place. The weekly trivia has gone to the birds too, we used to look forward to it every week but the guy that did it seems to be gone too! Final thing, I think they changed brewers, because the house beers have been horrendous the last few visits. Solid pub food and beer selection. Family friendly and dogs welcome outside. There are a couple TVs if you want to watch the game, but you have to get there early to find a seat where the viewing angle is decent. read more

A local suggested this place for tacos. I guess that's what we should have ordered. We had the chips and queso. The chips were super salty and I liked that but the cheese sauce was bland. I had the Cubano sandwich it was ok made up for the bland with the variety of sauces that served on the side. My husband had the buffalo Mac, hugely disappointed. He said it tasted like canned chicken!!!! Mushy bland perfectly cubed chicken bits. Our food was served so quickly it must have been either been holding in a hot tray or microwaved. Service was good. But we left there disappointed. Don't need to try that again. Ever. read more

Oh my goodness... the rib night was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I split a half rack and it was just enough (probably too much). I highly recommend coming on a Monday. We also got the buffalo Mac and it was great as well! read more

First, it took a long time to speak to the hostess/host even though they were not busy. The 2 servers looked at us & continued their conversation. We were seated at the bar: the beer was not cold, and yes it was a very hot day! The bartender was so unpleasant & tended to look through us! Between our party we chicken wings, chips and queso, brisket tacos, pulled pork sands, pot stickers, pulled pork and the Roberto Wrap. Recently in Chelan, hungry and looking for something filling that wasn't a burger. Went to Stormy Mountain Brewery, basic pub atmosphere, friendly staff. The Fish tacos were fabulous!!! Would go again. The best I've had so far. Service was quick though the place was at probably half capacity. Also tried the fresh hop pale ale and it complimented well. Try it out!! read more

Wish we had never come in, sadly. The food was a huge disappointment. First, we had to order off the Pub menu, which had limited items. They said they were out of their meats and also couldn't serve the chicken Mac and cheese. My friend ordered the Mac as a side to his dry burger and the waitress came out and said "just so you know we don't serve this as a side after 8 pm" and notified us that it had been microwaved. We ordered beer bread which had raw dough in the middle. I ordered the pub pretzel, which wasn't bad but the cheese sauce was pretty gross to me (it was like cheap nacho cheese with finely ground up beef). Other friend ordered nachos and he said they had a burnt after taste. Another friend ordered pot stickers (which are typically steamed and fresh) these were fried and not worth the price. Everyone was disappointed with their meals. The service wasn't terrible but it also wasn't great. We were new to this joint and not told we could only order from the pub menu so we pulled up their full menu from their QR code, so right there we were disappointed that we couldn't get what we had already read on that menu. It made absolutely no sense why the beer menu (in tiny print) was hanging on the wall behind us and we didn't have drink menus. We had to get up to go look at the board (just a minor inconvenience, not a big deal). Overall, not a comfortable place to spend time and sad we wasted our money when we're in vacation. read more

After a long drive from Seattle in Friday Summer traffic, my friend and I were not only hungry but thirsty. We decided to pop into the brewery restaurant because my friend remembered that the Mariners were playing and that Stormy Mountain Brewery not only has great beer on tap but two screens to view games. The restaurant was busy but not filled. We were able to score a booth seat. In the center of the restaurant there are long tables to accommodate larger groups of diners. We decided to try the juice box IPA and were not disappointed. We decided that we weren't that hungry at all so we shared a plate of nachos. Nothing life changing about the nachos but they did fill us up. My friend ordered the bbq brisket on the side and said it was good for only 2.00$ extra. The noise level wasn't so bad and we were able to hold a conversation just fine. I would definitely go back when I visit Chelan. Maybe try a burger when I'm more hungry. There was a problem with the bill and the owner credited our ccard promptly with no problems. read more

Stormy Mountain Brewing is great overall. The Carolina Mustard sauce is sooo yummy! Never had a sauce like it. If you get the tacos, definitely try the Carolina Mustard sauce on those-- I'm sure it would be tasty on a burger too. We also tried the bacon burger and the bacon was bueno-- thick and juicy! They don't brew their own IPA (which is our preferred beer) which was a little disappointing since we love trying different breweries IPAs (that's why I rated 4 stars) but the IPA they had on tap, Juice Box IPA, was great so props to the guest brewery on tap! We will definitely be back to Stormy Mountain Brewing next summer! read more

Wow, is all I can say. Must try their brisket french dip, it's amazing! Was there recently during COVID lockdown and enjoyed outdoor dining. Service is second to none. The food is absolutely delicious. So many beers to choose from, all brewed onsite. The brewmaster, Garth, provided several free samples. We chose the IPA and loved it! When you visit Lake Chelan this needs to definitely be a stop. Looking forward to our return visit in the spring. read more

I'm giving this place one star because I have to... when we walked in we didn't realize it was a brewery.. when we asked for a vodka drink the waitress cut us off mid sentence and said no... didn't explain why... we waited 30 mins for our food... the entire time we were there not a single person asked us if we needed anything, despite the fact that there were FOUR people shooting the breeze behind the counter... we had to flag someone down for a fork as we only had one and their were 2 of us at the table... this was the worse customer service we had experience while at Lake Chelan... I most certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.. while we were there only 4 other tables were filled... so it's not like they were so busy they couldn't keep up... it was very disappointing the lack of customer service it over shadowed the taste of the food! read more

Brewery and pub grub! Started with a 4 flight of the local brews. They all were delicious! Went with the street tacos for dinner, two pork and one brisket. Out came a six pack of sauces to go into the tacos! The sriraca hot BBQ sauce was my favorite. Almost ordered more tacos just to have something to put the sauce upon as it was so good! Normal pub atmosphere with a lot of locals in enjoying the Wednesday night trivia. read more

We didn't know what to expect from this brewery when we walked in. Looked like pretty typical pub fare on the menu. But, oh, were we stunned by the quality of the food! Here's what we ordered: Street tacos (three kinds) Bacon burger Brisket combo plate Although the tacos and burgers were great, it was the brisket combo that stole the show. Huge serving of fork-tender smoked brisket, huge chunk of corn bread, cup or really tasty chili and a cup of amazing Cole slaw. I mean, seriously, who has good Cole slaw?? This place! Bonus- food was delivered to our table in under 10 minutes after ordering. Side note- we were in town for two nights. We ate here both nights because it was so good. Kid friendly. Great beer, amazing service and the best food! I can't stop talking about this brewing . First off I should have gotten the name of our server, best service I have ever had and we go out a lot and live in Seattle. We have two young kids, which isn't easy when eating out and he went above and beyond in everything he did for us... it was remarkable! To give an example, he fills the kids water cups half full, puts whip cream on the kids ice cream and lets us use their catering room for the kids to watch tv. I plan to visit here often every time we are in chelan. Not to mention the food was spectacular, the brisket was to die for and drinks were A++. We will be back soon and thanks for the most amazing experience! If it helps to describe who I am describing we dined Thursday May 16th for dinner the gentleman has three kids of his own I believe. Was pleasantly surprised at this place! Thought it was just a brewery but they had a whole bunch of BBQ to try as well! I got the platter and my wife got the beer brat. Really tender meat, you can smell the BBQ smoker - maybe out back? The beer lineup was good for a Washington place. We will be back! read more

I hate to do this beacuse I dont feel like anyone deserves a 1 star review but after the horrible service me and many other people experienced tonight I would like to share my experience as a local person at stormy brewing. 1st off after waiting in line for exactly 24 min we where finally at the front of the line just to have a group larger then us get sat down and served from the back of the line.... on top of this we where sat down after 24 min and waited to talk to anyone for over 30 min. Stormy brewing did not seem to have any care for there customers or the service. When I finally decided to get up and leave a line of 5 many 6 groups. (That watched us get sat down) left as well. Very big bummer. I hope that this will be different the next time I go in. read more

Beer was decent and the food was poor. We ordered the brisket French dip and it was only memorable because it was the worst French dip sandwich. Throwing 1 slice of small, dry meat on bread with a slice of cheese is not a winning formula for a good French dip. Plus, it's overpriced. read more

Stopped in after tubing at Echo Valley. Solid choice that got our group of nine in quickly. Everyone enjoyed their selection with one exception. The Cubano was not cooked throughly and was cold in parts. Good beer selection and some appreciated the bottomless serve serve soda refills. read more

I had their smoked brisket sandwich and oh my gosh it was amazing! The brisket just melted in your mouth and it was gone before I even knew it! I really struggled between choosing 2 and 3 stars, and I really, really want to give this place more stars but..... We visited Chelan, and thought it was awesome to find this cute little brewery right in the center of town. The atmosphere was great, and we got to sit out on the sidewalk patio, which is always a ++ for me. In those regards, I would love to give this place 5 stars. However, as Stormy Mountain calls itself a "brewery," I would have expected better beer. It was pretty bad. I mean, maybe not "bad," I'm not the best judge. I didn't like mine at all, and I tasted my friends and didn't like his either. And in fact, his "blonde" and my "red" actually tasted the same, even though they were different colors! I was so confused. Anyway, I didn't drink mine past the first few sips, and actually went in and ordered another beer from a guest tap just so I could sit on the sidewalk and enjoy the atmosphere. I really hate giving bad reviews (not sure if 3/5 is bad or not) and as such I would love to change my review later. Will definitely try it again on the next visit to Chelan and up my stars if the beer improves. read more

Came in to dine since I saw that they had some good food selection and a young girl took my order for food with a tablet. Waited 25 minutes and then asked for the status of the order. The young girl asked me when I put in the order. I was surprised to hear that given that she was the one who took my order. I told her I took the order with her 20ish min ago and she went to check the tablet. Apparently the computer "didn't take the order" I was appalled. I'm sorry but having seen us sit around for 25 min, not remembering that we ordered tacos is terrible service :( read more

I ordered the chilly, it was a little watery... and the corn bread... the corn bread was chewy, it's saving grace was the delicious honey butter, but the honey butter wasn't good enough to make me eat the corn bread.
