He was 3 hours late to pick us up after the game. and only answered his phone once after my many calls. i contacted owner of company. they gave driver a hotel room nearby. driver wasn't responding and owner offered many excuses. on way back, driver stopped 3 times to go to bathroom. Next day, i called owner and he apologized for how driver acted and for inconvenience. owner promised to "make things right." i have only heard from owner ONCE since the trip in December. he has ignored my numerous calls, texts, and emails. I have gotten ahold of his brother/co-worker in march and he said that the driver in question had been let go since our trip, and that he'd help "make things right." i have not heard from anyone since then. their idea of "making things right" is to ignore the entire situation. I had 30 people waiting outside a football stadium in L.A. in the dark, for 3 hours. My entire group was at risk. But the worst part was being ignored by the ownership of the company. extremely disappointing.

Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. It was a hot day and the AC seemed to not be working, leaving most of us sticky. We were told to open one window at the front and at the end of the bus to let the air flow. After the first stop, most people just opened all the windows to get a breeze. One guy was close to just taking off his shirt. ~We felt that one of our stops at mount Palomar winery was rushed. Our package did include a charcuterie. And we ordered some other appetizers right when we arrived. We ended up having to cancel them since it still wasnt done and we were heading out. This also led to rushing to get the remaining sample tastes. A reciept check showed it was a 30 min visit. ~My other minor disappointment was that our guide stated they could only take photos through their phone and not our own.
