Yes they showed up wearing a mask because of Covid. They called in advance and were on time the day per-arranged. First installers did a beautiful job, but as a perfectionist, I didn't like the way two doors looked. They tried and tried and finally said the boss would need to troubleshoot the installation. Robert came to the house and figured out how to make it perfect. Thank you Robert. The 2nd installers did such a great job. They were diligent and were not going to leave until they got the beautiful doors installed exactly perfect. As a mechanical designer I insist on perfection. We are so happy, they nailed it. Storm Tite executed this perfectly. The 3 installers came and were extremely courteous. Hats off to Rohan who was the lead installer. New problem is they are so beautiful we don't want to put up window treatments! read more

Absolutely terrible experience with Storm Tight Windows. This process started in January 2025, and the project is still not finished. Renee, the Installation Manager, was by far the most unprofessional employee I've ever dealt with. Communication was poor, concerns were ignored, and the entire process became unnecessarily stressful because of her attitude and lack of professionalism. After months of delays and excuses, I expected much better customer service, organization, and accountability. Please make sure you read all the reviews on Google and Yelp before choosing this company. I truly wish I had. read more

This is the worse company EVER that we have dealt with. They promise you that they will include items but will neglect to put them in the contract and later claim they never included them. We waited 9 months for a door installation that took forever. We ordered a glass door with design in September of 2025 and the finally finished installing it today without the promised items which were a design and a door handle! They lie to you and hang up the phone when they don't have answers. The threaten to stop the install when you do not agree with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLK. read more

Storm Tight has proven to be much less than a reputable company. They began replacing windows and doors on my home in the beginning of July and the project remains incomplete with phone calls unreturned and scheduled visits by them resulting in "No shows". During their initial construction where they worked for 3 days; two incorrect style windows were installed. There was no scheduling of an in-progress inspection by the city code inspectors which is required, and three (3) finals have failed with the city. I have plenty of photos on my phone to share with the public. They brought their own engineering firm in to inspect the quality of the work and he subsequently went to Iceland I was told by his firm and they have no date for him to return. For any individual who is seeking to replace their windows or doors; you need to continue your search to identify a qualified contractor to complete your project. Please use extreme caution when even speaking to this company. read more

Storm tight delivered and installed the wrong windows at my home. No one will return my calls. I have reached out at least a dozen times. I am not a novice client. The salesman jerry 954-709-3812 has not returned calls. The manager in Deerfield Beach, David, 754-282-2850 does not return calls. The inspector for PBC cannot certify because there are no photos. What a disaster. I called their service # and they take a message. No returns calls. Stay away from this company. read more

Hi I installed windows at my home and it took a while for the permit to go through but finally they were installed after some other discrepancy's with the installation, then after some time one of the window started to get fog inside I spoke with Renee and I'm telling you she has no matters to deal with customers saying that the window it doesn't look that have a defect just from a picture I ask for somebody to come in and take a look and the guy realize the window need to be replace he said he will give the report to Renee and she will contact me, after sometime no response I called her and finally contact her she said she send the report to manufacture and they will decide if the window be replace or they send me a quote, and the windows when I install them they were lifetime warranty and now she said that I might have to paid for a window with lifetime warranty out of all the window in the house its only one with the problem so its definitely a defect hope that we solved the issue with no issues hope to hear from you soon, Alberic Lightbourn read more

I filled out a form on their website expecting to receive a formal quote. Instead, I was subjected to a 3-hour sales presentation, during which the representative gave me an informal price of $35K for 10 windows and 2 dorrs--but only if I signed on the spot. I declined. To pressure me further, the rep called their boss, who suddenly offered a "special" $10K price for just 5 windows. Again, I declined, saying I don't make impulsive decisions. When I asked for a formal quote, I was told they don't provide those because it would lead to price wars with competitors. So I asked, "If I'm not getting a quote, what's the purpose of this meeting?" The rep replied that I could sign the paperwork now and cancel within three days if I changed my mind. I asked what I'd be signing--he confirmed it would be a contract. I made it clear I wasn't signing any contract. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch. They're just fishing to see who'll take the bait. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

Worst experience with a business, EVER. DEFINITELY AVOID STORM TIGHT WINDOWS...high pressure sales at its worst, terrible attitude, awful experience. The terrible experience starts with scheduling. Their methods are borderline illegal, high-pressure sales from the very start. A "customer service" person will telephone to set up an in-person appointment and asks a long series of intrusive highly inappropriate questions, like your credit rating and "can you afford our windows." Bizarrely enough, this person, in a condescending manner, demanded that all "decision makers be present" ...LOL, does anyone in their right mind make a $10k or more decision right on the spot with a high-pressure salesperson? These shysters apparently bank on that (see below). The laughably high-pressure sales technique began with a very long presentation that seemed like a pre-recorded commercial. When I wanted to speed up the process and get to measuring / pricing, I just got more whacky description of these storm windows and doors. Look, I know what hurricane windows do...it doesn't take an hour to describe them. At the end of that ordeal we finally got to measuring / pricing. I literally laughed when the pricing was proposed. Having already priced with two competitors, I knew the absolute high end of the pricing would come out to $20,000. The Stormtight salesperson proposed $45k ... I assumed he had said $14k, so asked him to repeat the price and details. When I realized $45k not $14k I bluntly said "thanks for your time, but that doesn't work for me, not even in the realm of reason." So then this guy gets his "manager" on the phone, who magically drops the price to $35k. I assume these two think no one has ever been to a disreputable used car lot (probably their previous employer?). When the manager demanded to speak to me himself, I reluctantly agreed. I told him two competitors had come in at $15k and $20k so he'd need to match their price or no dice. Hehe, the price magically drops again to $30k. Before he could say something about split the difference to $25k (so I can still overcharge you by $5k-$10k), he starts a long spiel about how this offer is only good right now, while he has me on the phone. LOL, does anyone fall for that? Not to draw out the point, but NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Their competitors give much better prices, are a lot more honest and you won't need to take a shower after talking with them to rinse off the sleaze. read more

My experience with Storm Tight started out wonderfully, but unfortunately, that was before the windows were installed. My husband and I met with a rep in early December to begin the process of window installation, and we were told they were already scheduled out until March. That was fine, and we couldn't wait for our new windows. When installation day arrived, we noticed that two of the windows were cracked! We were told they would be replaced, but that we would need to keep the film and stickers on the windows in the meantime for inspection purposes. It is now mid-June and we still do not have the replacement windows! In addition, Storm Tight has has stopped responding to our emails and calls. Therefore, the window inspection has not been approved, and we have not been able to reap the insurance benefits. In fact, we received a letter from the financing department that we will actually owe more money due to the late completion date of the project! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. If I could go back in time, I would go with another company hands-down! read more

I am having an issue with a my front door that was installed by this company a few years ago. The locking mechanism is stuck with the upper and lower locking pieces sticking out preventing the door from being shut. We called and spoke to an Alicia in customer service and she advised that we would get a call back by the next business day. The next business day?!?! I repeat, my front door locking mechanism is stuck!!! We cannot have our front door unsecured. When we pay tens of thousands of dollars to get windows and doors installed, our hope is that we have solid warranty services to handle issues like this and we did not get any delivery on this issue from Storm Tight. It's very unfortunate for us because we will have to call a locksmith and will have to pay out-of-pocket for this. I'm sure that Alicia the customer service agent does not know the gravity of the situation (or likely doesn't care) despite us telling her that our front door will be left unsecured and that is definitely not something that can remain as is until the next day. Unlocked is totally different from the door not being able to close at all. I did receive a call shortly after we spoke to Alicia from someone stating that they were locksmith company and they would be dispatching a technician and that I would get a call back in 10 minutes and to stand by closely. They initially called me around 3:06 PM and told me that someone would be calling back in 10 minutes. Within the hour later, I called back three separate times, with three separate promises to get a call back within 10 minutes and nothing. We ended up reaching out to a local locksmith who fixed the problem on our door in less than 2 minutes. Customer service stinks at Storm Tight. Would never spend a dime with this company again. read more

I'm back in FL to get mom's house modernized as she's recently retired. Part of that was choosing impact windows in lieu of shutters. We've been fortunate to have dodged a lot of serious hurricanes here in south Florida but things change. Our representative was very courteous, knowledgeable about the workmanship of the products (incl. competitor product), and allowed us as much time as we needed to come to decisions as a family. The whole process is thought out. We never felt rushed or that our rep was not attentive to us. It helped that the installers were all friendly and took care to walk through the house without damaging anything. The construction of the window frames seem extraordinarily strong and is rated to Miami-Dade Co. impact standards. They are rated significantly higher than the minimums set by the State of FL and the warranty is INSANE. Quality over quantity every day read more

Although the windows appear to be good quality the customer service is abysmal. After I had purchased the windows the company did not respond to any phone calls, they did not answer the phone, they did not return phone calls, they did not respond to emails, they totally ghosted me and did not reply to any of my inquiries. When they finally installed the windows, the installer straight up lied when he told me that they would return the next business day to finish the cleanup and do the final inspection. I sat home all day waiting, but they never showed up; when I contacted the county I found that the inspection had not been scheduled. They left broken glass on my patio, dirty hand print in interior paint and did not finish the cleanup as promised. The customer service offered by this company is beyond disappointing I do not recommend them for this reason. read more

Mary did a wonderful job explaining windows. Her presentation and explanation was lengthy, but for all the right reasons. Some would say "a window is a window" but truthfully, that's incorrect. How to start... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My windows where install 4 years ago, with subcontractor which they claim they don't use, the subcontractors where terrible installers, one of my windows where forced in and another wasn't holding up when you open it. They don't even deserve a star. My windows have been installed THREE TIMES - as in completely re-installed, ordered new frames and re-done due to their mistakes and workmanship. June 8 2018 is when my 'job' started and its still not done. The windows have not passed ONE inspection. So many things went wrong so I'll just provide the highlights. They cut interior metal bars that support the windows in the frame inches shorter than the window and then used RUBBER door stops and mounds of caulk to cover the mistake. You could take a pencil and slide it thru the window inside to a person outside of the house when you took the rubber stops off .... a 2 1/2 inch by 1 inch hole that went all the way outside. See the pictures. They use caulk to fill INCH LARGE gaps between your window and walls, tear up your window sills (Still waiting for the reimbursement for those) then fill in the cracks with BLACK CEMENT. The window screens don't stay on and the product feels cheaper then the one they showed me in my home. The finishing work is below amateur and they charge top price. I paid 11,100 for what you see. I could GO ON but the pictures say enough. I've considered suing. They also left my property a disaster. Nails. glass, screws and white concrete mix running ALL OVER my driveway. It will be at least 700.00 to reseal it. Workers also chipped my grandfather clock, broke crystals on my chandelier and helped themselves to all my kids snacks and bottled water. They NEVER offered a discount or ANY cleaning service or ANY other compensation for damages done to my house. The Owner Leo Brown will give you his cell (which has a full mail box). I finally started texting. When I spoke with him over this situation and the missed appointments, trashed property, the UNSAFE instillation and second rate windows he personally scheduled a service appointment for me with his 'top person' .... no one showed up, like so many other 'appointments' before it - so I was left taking time off work to wait for people that would never arrive AGAIN. I have not heard from him since. Instead I started to get Chris who is a manager, and Chris apparently can't do anything because he hasn't. (Even though he will tell you 'Mr. Brown listens to ME' ) I have NOT 1 positive thing to say. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. read more

We originally had the windows installed in 2015. The subcontractors (which they said they didn't do) came out and did a horrible job. The windows didn't hang correctly, they broke one, they overcaulked the windows, and most of the caulking by now is cracking and needs to be redone. We replaced a large glass block window with a large plain window, and that had to be removed and reinstalled three times during the original year of install. In the meantime, phone calls were never answered or returned, service appointments were not kept, or were scheduled and we were never notified. We had done a small loan through them for the remainder of the payment, and they placed a judgement on my home, and because I could not pay that off immediately I had to pay the PMI insurance on my mortgage for 6 months longer than necessary. I swore off dealing with this company and left it to my husband simply because their shoddy work and awful customer service leave me boiling every time but here we are. We started demoing our bathroom, only to find that when the large window had been reinstalled 3 separate times, all of the caulking covered up the weepholes. There is now a mold issue because there is no recess left for damp air to leave. I have asthma, and if this continues I will have serious health issues. We contacted the company, someone came out to look and told my husband he would schedule a service call. That was 2 months ago, with no further contact. My husband has tried calling multiple times to no avail. No return phone calls are made, no service call was ever set up. For a lifetime warranty and $20,000+ windows, this is unacceptable. A complaint has been filed with BBB, and I am ensuring a review is left everywhere possible so that people know to stay away from Storm Tight Windows and Doors. read more

Meh - While I cannot comment on the products or services, I didn't get past the initial phone call, I just find it creepy that someone asks if my family members will be there for a quote. The only reason to ask this question is purely associated with old selling methods. This is, after all, South Florida and it is imperative to feel good about a company before dropping thousands of dollars. My gut told me not to go with them after such a question was asked and I am assured my decision is correct after receiving a text message shortly after my call. Yuck. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! We live in Coral Springs and wanted to get impact windows and doors installed. We went to the Home Show in Ft Lauderdale where we met representatives from Storm Tight windows. They came out and did a very polished presentation. We signed up. We regret it. Windows were installed on April 4-10, 2020. We were very happy with the windows and the installers. Our final door was on back order and was installed on May 1, 2020. We asked the installer when the inspection would be done he said it would be in the next week. I filled out a form that said I could make myself available with notice. A couple weeks went by and I never heard from Storm Tight. I called and they scheduled inspection for 5/22/2020. They called the day before and said there were some issues and they had to reschedule for 5/29/2020. The day before that they called again and cancelled due to the fact they had not renewed their workman's comp and liability. I confirmed this with the City. The City said they would not sign off on inspections until Storm Tight's insurances were up to date. Needless to say we were upset. We had left messages for the rep. who was doing the cancelling; no response. Emailed the company and were told would get a call back in 30 minutes; no response. After seven attempts to get a call back; no response. Now we are left with approximately 70-80 stickers on our windows that we cannot remove, an open permit on our home and Storm Tight does not give a rat's butt. After given all their hype about warranties, what would happen if we need a repair? Not much I'd guess. Terrible customer service! read more

Worst Company Ever.... I signed a contract with Storm Tight Windows in Oct of 2018 and my job was not concluded until March of 2020. On day 1, after waiting 4 months on window production, Stormtight Windows did not include the architectural drawing required by the city in order to make permitted structural changes. Five different crews came to finish this job, with so attempts to do shoddy work. The subcontractors did not even care to follow the architectural specifications on the permits, I had to make sure to be there to oversee each step. And only after hiring an attorney, did I get Stormtight Windows to finish my home 17 months later. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company all together. I had to confirm this company's appointment three times over the past month via phone. They continued to ask me the same exact questions every single time they called; including to make sure that I had the same date and time available... which I never changed. On the third call from some female supervisor I was given some passive aggressive attitude when I reminded her that I had already verified this appointment twice. But I can overlook that part. My appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning at 9 AM. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I was sent two text messages on Friday and Saturday morning asking for an additional confirmation. Those two text messages said: "Greetings from Storm Tight Windows. This is a courtesy text to remind you we have you on our schedule for Sunday at 9:00 AM. Please text back 'C' to confirm on or before Sunday morning by 7:00 AM Thank you kindly. We will still show to the appointment if you do not text back." "WE WILL SHOW UP to the appointment if you do not respond" ... Ok so I didn't respond. They should show right? No. Then on Saturday evening at 8 PM I was sent a third text message (which I did not read until the morning because I do not live on my cell phone, I live in reality).... That text message said: "Greetings from Storm Tight Windows. This is a courtesy text to remind you we have you on our schedule for tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Please text back 'C' to confirm on or before 7:00 AM Thank you kindly. This is the 3rd and final attempt, if you do not text back to confirm your appointment, we will have to cancel it." I shouldn't have to respond via text on the third text message at 8 PM the night before which says something DIFFERENT at the end. *Especially when I have verified over the phone three times already! (phone calls which are definitely recorded) I was in bed before 8pm not answering my phone. Not responding to text message re-confirmations. I'm sure that this company does quality work, but they really need to improve their customer service and their records custodian or scheduling trainer needs to be fired before anyone else wastes their time. read more

I had the misfortune of being conned into thinking I won a "$500 gift card" on Kiss 99 .. I called the number on the text I received and was told they'd bump me up to a $1,000 gift card after some small talk on the phone. That led into a 30 minute sales pitch about their company where they try to make you feel like they're doing you a favor. A barrage of questions about committing to a minimum 3 hour sales visit followed. I am actually in the market for impact windows so I entertained the phone call and made an appointment for the next day. The next day came and here another high pressure tone phone call again trying to make me reassure them that I would give their salesperson a minimum of 3 hours in my home. After some high pressure talk I just changed my attitude and became a little more defensive. I actually asked the lady on the phone about this "gift card" and sure enough it does not exist. At this point i had had just about enough with the high pressure and dishonesty and just got myself out of the appointment. If you like this style of sales tactics, there are some nice used car "buy here pay here" dealerships I can recommend you. I wouldn't dream of actually entering into a contract with this company. I just feel bad they're hurting the Kiss 99 brand read more

STAY AWAY!!! I was told they were doing me a favor by coming out to quote me. Very rude and condescending on the phone. On the day they were scheduled to come out I received a call they were running late and that I needed to be home at the new time with my husband if both of us were not there they couldn't wait at all. I cancelled the appointment and asked to speak to a manager... no one reached out. About a month later I received another text, so I called today and spoke to a manager who was apologetic for the poor experience. They state their product is the best on the market but the way they treat their customers you would assume the product is terrible and/or a SCAM! Hope this company will change the way they do business as the competition is high in this industry. And I had 3 other companies with great products and reviews come quote me with ease! After hiring this company twice to install impact windows in my home, I am now having trouble getting them out to service those same windows they installed. I was told I would be able to get service on these windows for the life of the windows and as long as I owned the home and here I sit after two separate phone calls months apart trying to get service still wondering why no one has called me back to schedule the service. It's really sad that after you pay a company that supposedly stand by their product thousands of dollars, they are nowhere to be found when you need service on their products. Part of what I was requesting was maintenance that I was willing to pay for as well. I guess I will have to find another company to provide maintenance on their windows. We purchased 3 windows from Storm Tight Windows. They were installed and all three windows leaked for 2 months without our knowledge because the installers didn't put waterproofing under the windows. Two windows had scratches in between the panes which had to be replaced and took a couple of months to come in and get reinstalled. They were sloppy and careless with the caulking. Inspections were scheduled and twice they didn't show up. During their presentation they give you a website for any complaints or issues which go directly to the owner of the company, but that does no good because I've sent 4 with no response by the owner or management. I was to be reimbursed for carpet cleaning due to the windows leaking and it's been 3 months with no reimbursement. I've left several messages for Chris Campbell, Supervisor, and he hasn't returned my calls. The people who work there are totally incompetent. It's been almost 6 months since the windows were installed and we still haven't had the final inspection. read more
