Brian impressed me with his work ethic. I attempted to get him to sign me to a cleaning list but he did not provide such a service sadly. If he had I would have taken it immediately and may have signed a contract for two cleanings a year (which is not unreasonable for my roof given all the trees around me) Brian's price was the most reasonable and fair of other services I availed myself to in the past. I use to clean them myself but becoming older I found it more difficult to do this task and need such services. I strongly recommend Brian to anyone without question.

Cost was fair and work completed as described. ** Door ** While we were scheduling the gutters we saw that they also did doors. We decided that working with a single contractor was preferred to two as we are often traveling. They came out and while measuring the gutters also measured the door. We ordered the custom door and waited...and waited...then the below: First Visit - Door comes and it is the wrong size Second Visit - Door comes and it will not fit due to sizing again. They decide they need a new frame (same frame they measured on estimate) and put the old door on. Incorrectly as the striker was on backwards and handle loose. Third Visit - Attempt to build a frame onsite, but have to leave to get parts throughout the day. Mess-up the wall during install. Fourth Visit - Door finally installed Fifth Visit - Came to paint and fix wall, but didn't bring the needed parts Sixth Visit - Finished the paint around the wall. Now peppered throughout this process starting on Third Visit I told them thanks, but no thanks and to take the door back. I had a broken door and had wasted over 3 months. Over and over again in written communications they ignored my request to put me out of my misery with this process. I figured they were going to do the right thing, but alas at the end of this process they charged me the full amount for this ordeal. Not counting the number of days (thank goodness my wife works from home) and hours wasted, the work was piss poor. In the end we have a nice looking door. Had I known they would be like this I would skip. Now you know and can decide to not do what we did.

These people took my money, caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to our property and left…read more They were hired to put a horse fence up for us and some general labor things needed around our farm. The guy rarely showed up, leaving one person to do a 3 person job so it dragged on and on. Because of them, I lost 2 Hanoverian Senior horses that were being shipped from out of state. I am facing thousands of dollars as these people put holes in for my fence behind the holes that were already there from the former fence. Stupid mistakes that is costing me a fortune, besides the money they took from me and literally left the fence laying on the ground. Lots of empty promises, super nice guy that absolutly doesn't know what he is doing. GO ELSEWHERE, untrustworthy, unreliable. Disgusted folks new in the Bath area.

Since they were in the area, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Before we could even finish explaining what we needed, they said they only do full installs. They weren't willing to quote us for the deck roof or gutters despite reaching out to us with their flyer. If they're not interested in smaller jobs, that's their choice, but it says a lot. They solicited us, we were ready to give them business, and they dismissed us. That's not the kind of company I want to trust with my home or any warranty down the line. Glad we found out early how they operate.
