Their service is orchestrated, as they work as a team, from seating, drinks order, and so on. They are efficient and attentive. I highly recommend the seafood tower, which is a great shareable, giving you a taste of the unique shellfish found in Atlantic waters.

The staff here was friendly, and having this Dutch food along a canal in Amsterdam made for a memorable experience. However, they got offered a free dessert. Through this whole conflict, the manager did not once offered a solution for our complaints. As he just continued to treat us poorly. We want our money back! To conclude, DO NOT EAT AT MR. CRAB!

The rice tasted okay but I was turned off from eating once my sister found a long black hair in her food. Once there's hair in food my stomach turns and I don't eat anymore. When my sister complained about the hair- the staff were staring at her like they didn't understand why she was upset- and were making it seem like she threw the hair in there. We also ordered some bread with our meal which never came and had to be sure it was taken off our check. Overall this experience was terrible and I wished we had gone to the steakhouse around the corner that I wanted to go to- but the people I was with wanted this place.

In addition I ordered the miso soup, which was possibly the best miso I have ever had. It was clearly made to order and came with a pool of lovely mushrooms - two kinds. It was absolutely delicious. Our waitress, who was the manager or owner was OK. She didn't write anything down and then had to come back to our table to verify our order. I also was somewhat disappointed that they charge you for tap water here (we were charged per little bottle they brought to the table). But other than that, it was truly a very nice meal.
