The cards are very high quality (I get the smaller version so it doesn't get in the way of shooting), the price good, and the shipping FAST. I had an issue with my 2016 card - the image was oversaturated - and Mark personally resolved the issue in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. This is the kind of professionalism that has all but disappeared in the modern era. The work is first rate and the attitude is even better. Living in New York City for the past 33 years I had all but forgotten about the old adage that "the customer is always right." Mark remembers and runs his business on this precept. Richard was extremely professional, understanding of my frustrations, and willing to help me, no matter how many hurdles he had to jump over. His team, Rocky and Flori, were great. They had tons of ideas to help me stay within my budget. The team also made getting all of my construction materials and appliances a complete breeze. I picked out my appliances, tile, paint, etc. and Flori took care of ordering all of the materials, scheduling with the building, and delivering them, even handling appliances that were delivered damaged. Flori provided me with consistent updates on the project, as I was unable to be present in the unit each day, due to work. TW Allen Excavating did an excellent job repairing the catch basin in our pond. The catch basin was…read morerepaired once before by a different company, due to the water leaking out and compromising the pond bank, but the repair was unsatisfactory and the issue returned. After obtaining several quotes by ODOT certified excavating companies, I chose TW Allen Excavating. This has proven to be the best choice because the repair is permanent. We have not had any issues with the catch basin leaking or with the pond bank since the work was performed in 2019. TW Allen also flattened out the pond bank as much as possible, down a 400'+ stretch, restoned the pond pank and removed a very large tree stump. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! They stand by there work and are extremely honest about there capabilities and with very reasonable prices!
