After the move, he requested I pay him $1495. 3 and a half hours of work would have been $525. He told me he was charging me for 7 hours. How is it my fault that they were 2 and a half hours late? Why would I be charged for that? I understand paying for travel time but where did an extra $1000 charge come from? They are now unresponsive and I am working with my bank to dispute this payment. They claimed they cleared their traps and were done but only took two traps and left a third, baited trap allowing a raccoon to enter it where he was left for days in the sun and heat and died. They blamed technician "Bill" from the Fridley office (we are twin cities) and the animal was permitted to suffer and die over days

We had squirrels in our attic and called varment guard to come out. They put cages on the side of…read morethe house and left a bird in it until it died because they didn't come back out to check it. Then they were supposed to fix the hole in the house where they were getting in and it took a couple of weeks to get that done correctly. I've paid over a thousand dollars and its still not done right over a month later. They've no showed several times and I've had to call them to get them to come back every time (ie to check the cages and to fix the hole). They were supposed to come again today to fix something they did when fixing the hole and was a no show again. I do NOT recommend this company if you want things done right or in a timely manner.
