Great customer service, always positive and hardworking and great character. I love storage space.

Not good is a generous description. My storage space is covered with insulation that fell during a remodel. I have to have someone clean it before I can access my stuff and move out. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! Every damn month, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! NO ONE is available to speak to between the 3rd and the 5th. The system is down or some other excuse. Magically, the system can't be reached, there is no one in the office, no one answers the phone ---until the 6th when they have applied a late fee. I RECEIVED THE SCGGESTION THAT I SCAN THE QR CODE ON THE OFFICE DOOR. I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT I AM HANDICAPPED SENIOR CITIZEN. I was very specific about my financial situation. I receive my money between the 3rd and the 5th--every month. That was "no problem!" Except, lately, it is an issue. Just now, after taking a $30 late fee, someone called me to discuss my frustration, blah blah, blah. The call center is open 24 hours a day. Not really, because only a machine answers the phone. Rent a garage, or a room in your aunt's house. Buy trailer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT!!!!! read more

CURRENT TENANT HERE, new management is the worst here! I usually don't give reviews but BUYER BEWARE I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to anyone. The new owners here r unprofessional, rude, and money hungry. I asked for a manager to reach out to me after a repeated incident with my unit. When I arrived back to the facility almost 2 weeks later, with no call from the manager, I was told bc the situation has been handled... but as the customer I was never notified (and I asked for someone to call me so I could speak to someone in charge and not the desk-warmers who just work there and don't know much of anything and so I didn't have to replay the situation to every new face I spoke to) and was unfairly charged for their shortcomings and Un-professionalism. Old management was great but if the new owners continue to conduct business this way they will continue to lose customers - and they just lost one! read more

This is by far the worst experience ever! The office staff is typically very friendly and it goes down hill very quickly from there When I initially rented the management/owner was different (allegedly) - myself and several others were told that the facility would be open 24hrs effective the following January which was approximately 6 mos away when the time came I was told story after story, in all fairness the office staff was only regurgitating what the corporate staff told them to say which I totally understand - then the Sunday hours were eliminated further inconveniencing consumers - the adjustment to the hours were due to the construction that the staff had no completion date for of course there a million excuses for that the contractors didn't get their permits blah blah blah - then I was told a renter fell on the property so the hours were adjusted the staff member that stated that claimed the person was faking and didn't fall a very weird statement to make but oh well at this point I expected nothing less - In speaking with the "regional manager" who claims to have recently taken over I quickly realized that there was no use wasting time speaking with this moron anytime there's a complaint her first instinct is to blame the customer she's tucked away in Florida - there's one person in the office Reggie who would be better suited for the Florida morons position he goes above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service hopefully he will find a company that values his worth in the near future It was my fault for not removing my items at the first sign of trouble which I would normally do, however since most of the staff was okay until they weren't I overlooked many of the issues that I was experiencing. I have since moved on and would not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Very poor customer service, storage unit employees are often rude and aloof. When I moved my belongings in, the original storage unit that I'd reserved weeks in advance was not ready. There was standing water covering the middle of one hallway and I was shown 4 units before I found one that was clean and the requested size. All of the units, but mine, are lit with overhead fluorescent lights. I have now requested that the bulbs over my unit be replaced (they are missing) 3 times in 3 months. It is extremely dark and difficult to see. read more

Holy hell this place sucks; Sucks: REALLY SUCKS. I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at 9:58AM trying to leave, but am unable to because we had followed a car in while the gate was open. Apparently IF YOU DON'T KEY IN YOU CAN'T KEY OUT; this means that the gate must be individually opened and closed by every Car which enters. There is no sign to tell you, nor was a manager present to help; even the Storage King management (I called for help) couldn't get into contact with the manager... It's been ten more unites and I was lucky enough to be let out by another person who owned a storage unit. These problems have lasted for over three years (the length of time I've owned my unit) and combined with the shoddy state of the interior it is official: I HATE THIS PLACE. read more

Staff is wonderful - apparently had a change because my experience was nothing like the other reviewers. Great customer support, belongings were safe and secure. Convenient hours. I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience there. I moved in the middle of a pre-paid month and got an instant refund for the difference. Great place! read more
