Deborah, the manager, was incredibly helpful, setting me up with the perfect unit for my needs. On the day we had to move, she went out of her way to be helpful and kind to my husband (who was driving the uhaul) when we ran late and had other things come up. On a stressful, emotional day, she took care of us. And when we moved OUT of storage a month later when my mom went into Assisted Living, she replied with, "I'm always happy when tenants' plans are proceeding as hoped. I feel better about our business here when I know we're helping people move forward!" How nice is that? The facility is super clean, easy to get into, bright, our heated unit was in excellent condition, and I felt the fee was reasonable. But it was the PERSONAL TOUCH that made the experience worth it. Highly recommended.

When my husband entered the building the front secretary was not the friendliest. She said they were all booked. We went back to our car to double check the online platform. Sure enough it doesn't mention anything but that it's available, asks hours we'd like to rent etc. Even has a little blurb to "save money rent this now"- which is a good thing we didn't or we would've been s.o.l. Would be nice if the online platform truly reflected the availability.

She then transferred the reservation to a store in another town without asking if that was something I wanted, then relentlessly refusing to discuss the matter further. Needless to say, her attitude and demeanor were unbecoming, going so far as to say during our interaction, "I know people like you." Clearly not. Terrible service.

DO NOT USE KRUPP MOVING. Using this company was the worst financial decision we have ever made…read more First off, they no-showed on our moving day after calling the night before to confirm everything. They then showed up 2 hours late to the rescheduled moving date the next day, which was our last day of possession. During the move broke my nicest TV, gashed our Kitchen table, and marked up our nice living room furniture, all while putting 2 holes in our walls in the new house. They then sent a claims person to the house to assess damage, and after being told we would get the TV and table replaced and the couches professionally cleaned, they came up with a claim of $168 along with an NDA. The workers were smoking weed on the job around our newborn and they used profane language the entire day around my wife. They only brought one dolly, and "forgot" their packaging tape and toolbox, so they used my tools and tape for our move, but still charged us for the extra hours needed to make the move. Probably 50% of the boxes were in the wrong location in the house, with a stack of 6 upstairs master bedroom and master closet boxes in the basement. Our patio furniture was scattered in the grass in the back yard, and several boxes labelled "fragile" with arrows pointing to the top of the box were upside down or laying on their side. The company is standing firm on their $168 claim offer and invited me to write all the reviews I want and to share my experience. Stay away from this company, they are an absolute nightmare.
