I have been storeing things here since 2021 I have never been late on a payment or anything recently we noticed month by month the bill keeps getting more and more what started out at 75 dollar when we rented it in 2021 to now almost 200 a month and this all happend in the last 6 months we went to our until and realized we had lost most of our things to leaking roofs and rats when confronted on things she stone walls you and threatens to action off your stuff I know others who this has happened to as well she is a horrible person and business manager who care about no one and nothing but putting money in her pocket at all cost no matter what the outcome is to anyone she also makes it so that of you try to contact the owners with your concerns they never get the message or if they do they don't care either I moved my stuff to Clark's storagebin williamstown cheaper and very good to deal with people find somewhere else to rent a unit unless you like rats and mold and being taken for everything you have she has been also known to go into people units and take things I have seen many reviews of this women saying they have things missing! We lost thousands of dollars because of the poor units and lack of effort on her end many memories gone and she refuses to give deposit back so not only are we out our deposit but 90% of our memories and expenses things are gone and won't get replaced. Don't get any storage units this women runs if you want to keep your things. She is also known to delete bad reviews on her pages. read more

Avoid this business and these crooks at all cost. They won't return phone calls, they change business policies at the drop of a hat, and they are crooks! I gave them notice at the beginning of the month that I would have the unit emptied on the 5th and they told me I had to pay for the entire month. So I kept a couple of things in there, hadn't swept it, left my lock on it. The next to the last day of the month, they send an email and text four hours before their office closes that says I have until 5:00 to empty the unit, sweep, and remove the lock or I forfeit the deposit. So, basically my monthly rental unit I paid for isn't for a month, it's for the amount of time this business decides. Meanwhile, the rental experience I had with Route 2 rental in Middlesex was great! I emptied the unit, swept it out, and told them two days later and was prepared to pay for more time on the unit, but they credited me back to the day I had emptied it, even though they didn't know for two days! Store It All are the biggest crooks in the area and if I could give no stars I would. This was not the first time I'd had difficulties with them, thus Lisa's refusal to take my calls or return my messages. If they are the only rental unit in the area, RUN! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! If you do business with them, you will regret it like so many others have. read more

I'll make this short ur stuff will be molded and chewed up by rats and have pee n poop from rats all over and the manager likes to steal and line her pockets with money she is the farthest from trust worthy and respectful I was at this unit since 2021 and check often on my things I brought it to her attention numbers of times n get ignored and will not see my deposit or remberst for things lost. And bill keeps going up every month even though I've never been late or miss a payment. Also she will put u on blast on Facebook if ur unit is being sold off she will purposely not get a hold of u to do this I have read many reviews as well on her page that was taken down by her so do not rent from here unless u like getting screwed big time! My things were all covered in rat feces, the business is run poorly, the manager Lisa is incredibly rude and not at all flexible, and she has no respect or appreciation for her customers. Her responses to these reviews are evidence of that, as they never actually address any of the issues or complaints, and she only leaves vague comments about how they'll try to do better or will make sure your next experience is a better one. It's all just empty words from someone that doesn't really care about you or your items. I'd find someone else to store your things with. read more

I get it, they are in the business of storage, but you can be a business person and not be RUDE and disrespectful to the customers, Lisa is very very hard to deal with, if you upset her in the slightest way, she stops talking to you, no phone call, no email, nothing. I don't know why they let her run this business for them. And if you call her out on something (because she was wrong) then she just hangs up on you and stops taking your calls. I broke my phone moving. I tried to go in person and pay on 2 different days last week. The car was out front of the office so I knew they were there. But, No one answered. Then on Friday (the 1st), the unit is locked. I wrote a note and put it in the door saying "I was here, check your cameras - I knocked and rang the doorbell when the suv was outside the office with my wallet out, trying to pay (the suv being out front is important because when I got the unit I waited for the woman to arrive at the office and she was driving that suv) So how do I pay? I need to get in the storage unit asap and I dont have a phone." I got an email Saturday morning at 8am saying it is unlocked and she isnt there alot due to covid. That was it. I replied thanking them, apologizing for the tone in the note I left them and AGAIN asking how I should pay and if there was a time I could meet someone there. OR if I should email them my card info. No reply. Instead I go there after getting the email, and my unit is locked again. I write again Saturday and again Sunday. No reply and its still locked. I get an email back Monday morning saying it was locked at noon Saturday (after receiving and email at 8am on sat. saying it was unlocked) and (here's the kicker) I could go online to pay. Are you kidding me? I know its not their fault I broke my phone, and if they would have just told me that I could pay online Friday or Saturday I wouldn't be here writing this. But seriously? I could have gone online and paid all along? Why did no one tell me that sooner? I have spent so much money, time, gas and energy trying to get up there with a uhaul and my car. I have to deal with another unit and pay my landlord for the extra days I am in the house. And as if all of that wasn't bad enough when I wrote my friend to call and pay, instead of them apologizing for the lack of communication or showing ANY compassion at all - they hung up on him when he was mid sentence asking how much the charge was going to be. (which they must have heard because they sent a text after with the amount of the charge - $100 for a 10x10. The lack of communication is ridiculous. And the lack of care for their customers is pretty awful. I would say, just Stay Away from Store it All! There are plenty of other awesome options out there in Central Vermont! read more

Hey Central Vermont Friends! I want to give a heads up about Store it all self storage in Barre VT. DO NOT STORE WITH THEM. I had stored my car there since November and recieved a letter earlier on July that I needed to show current proof of insurance OR I NEEDED to have it removed by Aug 1st. Kayla Leavitt and friends assisted me the day before Aug 1st and had it "rehomed". Fast forward to today and I realized they charged me for Aug even though they told me I NEEDED to move it without updated insurance. I called and Lisa answered, hung up on me when asked and then proceeded to not answer my phone calls. I call the non emergency police number and waited there with them. They literally said they deal with this place and her ALL OF THE TIME. When he spoke with her she tried to say "she needed to give a 10 day notice or she'd be charged" . The cop and I looked at Each other and shook our heads because in a letter she sent me said I HAD to move it without an update. So why would I give a 10 day notice to someone that told me to move my stuff.? He also told me she is refusing to refund me for Aug and thinks her MORALS are gone! Scum people piss me off. Never store your stuff here. Their units are rat infested and they will ruin your stuff and the company will take their time making a payout and said payout will be far less than what your stuff is actually worth. There are many other storage companies in the area and I highly suggest using one of them read more

I have been a customer here for years, with 3 units over the past 5 years. The first time I got a unit, it was locked when I tried to move in & got stuck paying for the uhaul an extra day.... This last year/unit has been a nightmare. The office manager is rude & changes the rules as she pleases. She's locked my unit after a day, has spoken about me in public in a negative way. She threatens to sell unit even when it's paid. There will be complaints filed with the BBB & attny general office. So glad to be out of this unit & will never return. It's nice to be considered " a trusted tenant at Store It All Storage ", however a shame this is how they treat their long term "trusted" tenants.... will not be a repeat customer, nor do I recommend renting a unit from this place!! read more

My stuff was in storage for almost 8 yrs.... When I went to clear it out I ended up throwing out 95% of my stuff I wasn't to happy!!!! It had so much mouse droppings, mice making homes in my furniture, mice pee & just dirty boxes.... A lot of the boxes I didn't even go thru because of mice droppings I just threw them out!!! I would like to claim some of it on the insurance I took out but I figure it would be a waste of time...... read more

Honestly we have only had the unit there for so long because it's a pain to move all our stuff, rates are consistently increasing and now they switched insurance and since we didn't update them with our same policy that we have had since renting the unit they have begun to charge us a $10 fee for insurance. Our unit has been overrun with mice - and there is NO Food or even food storage containers, we have gone thru the unit twice now from top to bottom every box and still finding droppings. We have had to throw away clothes, coats, linens etc and have moved furniture and mattresses out in hopes to prevent damage. We are currently exploring other storage options I would not recommend this facility. read more

Great service, close location. Only complaint is that my unit is tricky to drive a enclosed trailer to, but nothings ever perfect.

I just rented a unit at Quarry Hill Rd. a few days ago. The staff was great....they even showed me the way to the facility, as I'm not familiar with the roads in the area. The units are clean and well lighted and I would recommend Store It All Self Storage-Barre to everyone. read more
