After some initial confusion they were able to find me another unit ( climate controlled ) and I was able to unload the truck about 30 minutes later then initially intended. I understand things can happen beyond anyone's control. They made it right as quickly as possible.

I also found this storage units personnel to be quite rude and very judgemental....filled with…read moreassumptions that were absolutely wrong. I was simply inquiring about a secluded place where my band can have bi-weekly jam sessions, as we all have our own families and extra space for a practice is not a very good option. This lady proceeded to say how they don't rent to music people as in the past some people, that have nothing to do with me or the people I play with, ended up sleeping in them....whatever their story was, I don't know, but I am not them. Then proceeded to say how if we started playing there, then other people would want to rent out other units. Her assumption of all people that play music are homeless and want to sleep in their storage units is pretty grotesque. I would love to see how she judges all other groups of people out there. Learn how to vet your clientelle, don't be lazy and don't rent to questionable people. This woman sounded very lazy, which makes sense for someone that groups all people of a certain type as the same. Don't be lazy, take care of your units and know what is going on with them. Evident that they only care about getting income, not actually running or having knowledge of their business. All the other storage units I have called were much nicer. This woman clearly holds grudges, even when she doesn't even know you...and she certainly hasn't met me. I'll be looking into if they have other businesses that I need to stay away from. I won't be giving anyone like that money, in any fashion. Read previous other negative review for the issues they had with them. And again, all issues are based around them being lazy.
