So BEWARE of smiling faces, especially when they are "going over the details" because they are just a diversion to get you to sign an agreement that is full of crazy charges for every little thing and numerous fees that can be applied to your account. And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. Absolute criminal practices.

A couple times within the time I had the unit, my credit card expired and they were always very helpful and never made threats or anything. They would just call to remind me and overall very chill about getting that updated. After three years I finally was able to get all my items moved into my home. I cleaned and vacated the unit on the last day of the month, and called them to let them know that I was OK with paying for the month, because it was past the first of the month, but they refunded the automatic charge that was done on the first of the month! I really did not expect to ask or get a refund, so as far as I'm concerned they went above what was expected in all cases. On top of all that, they have the best pricing of any storage company in the area. If you need to store anything for an extended period of time, this is the best choice.
