They are not reliable, we scheduled long time ahead to delivery the container with our stuff. We supposed to be contacted by the driver but never received any call. So we called zippyshell. After 50 min on hold no clear answer when our thing will be delivered and when asking more questions they just hang up. This was happening 2days in a row and then they just did not pick the phone at all!!! I contacted them on email- no answer.
