It's cheaper than an actual garage when you consider utilities and insurance, if you can even find a garage to rent for body and mechanical work. For the record, yes sometimes it was difficult to get ahold of me before when I ran my own business. I wasn't always available to take their calls. I have been set up on auto pay for years with them, so there really is no reason for them to contact me. When they do I call back as soon as I can. And I am not sure why I would need to send them any military paperwork, but I can tell you this, when they raised my rent by $70 in one shot, again a 44% increase, I actually had my military legal team send them a letter requesting that the rent be reviewed and the increase delayed until I returned and could talk with them more easily. Guess what happened, crickets, nothing happened. They did not respond in any way shape or form. So yes they did get the military documents that I was deployed overseas. The letter from legal came with copies of my orders and the owner did not care. This is not a reputable company. Again, they had no idea that my unit was larger than the others in the same row, and somehow that was my fault. They raised the rent over 200% in a 2 years period, starting at approximately $90/month to now over $200/month. Weed eating, plowing, none of that means anything to me. The car is in storage and I don't even live in the state. Again another way that it makes it easy for them to do this because I am stuck there.
