There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes pride in his business and maintains the utmost in customer service. There are ample dollies and carts, all in great condition. The temperature was perfect and both the unit and the halls were pristine. Before you go spend the same amount of money on a terrible unit nearby, come check this place out!!!

The next day I had a dead battery as a result of an incorrect installation of the wiring. I took my Jeep back the following day as by that point I had no interior lights or AC/fans. After 3 hours of their installer attempting to correct the issue, ai had my Jeep towed to the dealership as the 'fix' made things even worse. I went 3 days without my vehicle and had to pay the dealership to correct the issue. Since then I have made multiple attempts to have UHaul reimburse my expenses and credit a portion of the installation fee back to my credit card which the manager at the time promised to do when I was there for them to correct the faulty installation. UHaul will not return my calls and at this point I am completing the paperwork to file in small claims court. I do not recommend this branch, or at this point any UHaul branch, as they do not fulfill their promises and do not know how to correctly install hitch wiring.

It's cheaper than an actual garage when you consider utilities and insurance, if you can even find a garage to rent for body and mechanical work. Most of our belongings could be moved by the moving company, but my hobby stuff was too fragile to be moved that way. I have a large-ish collection of radio controlled planes made of balsa and foam. It was a tight fit but I was ammendment to put all of it into a 5x10 unit safely for a little over a month, and once we were in the new house, got it all out over a period of days. The climate controlled inside storage was perfect for my needs. Great service at the front desk, painless experience overall. Highly recommended!
