I paid the $20 extra to have them hook up the transport and get my car all secured after I drove it up the ramp. They have a problem with the flooding of the end units, the other problems include the lack of heat in the large storage units. Electricity provided for light in every unit outside the heated storage. This is a boon because if you leave the lights on for too long they will eventually charge you for the electricity. Electricity is good. The price is better than other places nearby. It is convenient because it's close to the I-96 Highway. They could be better if 24 hrs gated access were available.
