My spouse and I had to hold stuff temporarily while we looked for our own place. I went in and had setup a rental within 10 mins in person. Made it real easy to manage anything online. Sabrina Fraga rented us a 26 foot Bob Tail. 6-16-23 we used the truck to haul lumber from Home Depot to our job site. No issues at all. This is not a paid for feed back. Hands down the worst place to ever store anything. I went today to get my stuff out for good. As I was leaving a lady could not get into the gate with a An online code she just purchased. I had juat entered 10 minutes previous. Now I am trying to exit gate. would not work she said how are you going to get out, lucky for me a large still gate isnt gonna stop me. I have knowledge on gates. A person was also waiting behind me to get out. So I personally open the gate. Came back five hours later roughly. Gate was still open. This is Daniel Moore from unit 603 officially canceling my contract with you storage King is trash. It's 4 AM the gates probably still open if you put your stuff here good luck getting spiderwebs roaches and rodents out of your belongings. I sure wish I could give less than 1 star but this isn't an option. I don't write a lot of reviews but when I do they are typically for good service. In this case, however, the poor service of Storage King makes me feel it's important to let others know. I started using this storage unit when it was Green Light a little over 4 years ago. I never had any problems the entire time it was a Green Light company. As soon as Storage King took over the units they raised the rates, which should have been my first indication this was not going to be a good fit for me. I have had issues with their automated pay system and had to sign more paperwork when they took over than when I bought my house! Today was the straw that broke this camel's back. The credit card I was using for auto pay had been stolen and I forgot to change it with Storage King. They tried to charge the card on June 1st and the payment didn't go through. Did they call me to let me know, no they didn't until June 6th which is the day they slapped a late fee on my account. Now since June 6th they have called me twice and sent me three emails. I was finally able to get over there today, June 9th, and they gladly charged me their late fees (they give a 6 day grace period). They lady working there tried to get me to sign a new auto pay letter and I told her that wouldn't be necessary as I will be removing my stuff by the end of the month. Do yourself a big favor and if you're looking for a storage unit in Seguin look somewhere other than Storage King. It's a company that doesn't care about the customer and only how much money they can squeeze out of those customers. Customer beware!! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Call a week before I needed a unit and was told the only was to get the "special price" was to book on the web. Was told at that time they had plenty of units available. Put in a reservation on the web and was only asked my name, date of move in, and unit size. I was really not comfortable with this and wanted to be able to put a deposit or pay for the unit...something. Could not do this on the web without starting the contract on that date. This caused timing issues for me so all I could do was get this reservation. My wife called the day before our move in to see exactly what we needed to do. Gave them our name and was told they do not have a unit for us. My wife says we have a reservation and was told that did not matter our name is all they need and the reservation number did no good. The online system was overbooking....sorry. So I told my wife I will go talk to them and see what we can do. I walked in the location told them I have a reservation. They ask me my name and I said I have reservation wouldn't that be better than my name. I was told no. So, I told them my name and got a speech that they had already spoken to my wife. I then asked if they had anything else I could rent other that the size I had reserved. At that point I was informed they had absolutely no units. So I thinking to myself what kind of stupid games are they playing.....If they have no units why are they even looking up my name they knew already knew the answer. All I got was I'm sorry. Companies that have process problems and can only say I sorry and offer no solutions are worthless. I would stay away. I would have given them a 0 but the scale would not go that low. read more
